Everything was just so smooooth
Everything was just so smooooth. I booked online, took the parcel to Pack & Send, and a few days later, my friend in South Africa received the parcel right to her doorstep. This is the absolute best way to send items to South Africa. I will now experiment sending stuff to other towns and countries... :-)

This company is so amazing in the effort of fast, efficient, reliability & pricing. There are no words to describe on how happy I am with you guys. Being so honest I have tried other companies & no-one compares to you. I had a box to be delivered within a couple of days from Sydney to QLD as I was let down & reduced time frame & Pack and Send did it in 1 day. Well done.

Penrith to Townsville in better time than Aust. Post.... and cheaper.
I had used Pack & Send previously and had numerous problems including getting the parcel picked up (took 3 days), so I was very wary of using them again.
This time I decided to book online and deliver the parcel direct to the Penrith depot myself. This was such a better option to do.
The staff at Penrith were very helpful and my parcel was picked up from them the same day (Wed) and delivered to my niece in Townsville on the Monday morning in excellent condition.
Thank you Pack & Send Penrith. You have restored my faith in your company.
