They were very easy to work with both for my daughter in London for the pickup and for myself in the USA for delivery. The were very efficient and my items were well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

Flawless international shipping and excellent service
I’ve used Pack & Send Hammersmith twice now to ship parcels internationally—once to Europe and once to the US—and both experiences have been flawless.
From the moment they collected the items to the final delivery, I was kept informed every step of the way. The team provides very helpful support with paperwork, packing, and pickup, which makes the whole process incredibly smooth. Considering the level of hands-on service, I think the pricing is very fair.
Customer service is excellent—everyone is professional, friendly, and helpful. On our most recent shipment we worked with Kholbie and her team, and she was especially patient with us.
Everything arrived quickly and was packed extremely well. I would highly recommend Pack & Send Hammersmith and will definitely be using them again.

Great assistance with shipping outside of the UK
I had to ship an artwork outside of the UK and the team was really amazing. EVERYONE in the whole team, on different fronts was really happy and proactive in clearing out all my doubts, they were proactive on different solutions, and they were also quick to answer my emails when sometimes in situations like this it is very much appreciated.
This was my first experience doing something similar and it was just so helpful to have done it with them since they had the experience and they really helped me throught the whole process. ( which was super stressfull for me)
I would definetely recommend the service. And 100% would come back as a client in the future.

Unbelievable service from Kholbie who handled my enquiry. Basically I had 24 hours to arrange the pick up of unpackaged art and I only had a one hour window to collect it and Kholbie managed to arrange this for me. She was so positive and handled the whole situation like a personal challenge that she wanted to complete and she did it. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Delicate Clock Shipment
I used Pack & Send Hammersmith to ship a fragile clock to Australia. The clock was well wrapped and the package was clearly marked to indicate the fragile contents. Delivery was quick with a friendly driver. I regularly use Pack & Send for shipments from the UK to Australia. Over the years I have found them to consistently be the best company for international shipments.

Super efficient and friendly service
Very friendly and efficient staff. I turned up in the store with a couple of bags of clothes and shoes for my son at uni in Edinburgh, and they had it securely packed and ready to go within 10 minutes. The box arrived on time and I was promptly informed. It isn't cheap but felt like good value for a brilliant service.

Extremely good service
Extremely good service. I had two pieces of art and a guitar to send internationally and the Pack & Send Hammersmith team provided an efficient, quick, and stress free service. They were prompt to pick up the items to be shipped, packaged the items with care and handled all the customs information which can be slightly tricky with art pieces. The items were delivered to the international address within the next week. Overall, I am very happy and impressed with their customer service, friendliness, and efficiency.
