Zero customer service.

We have worked with Packhelp for years - sometimes everything's fine but when you need help you might as well just give up hope.

Unbelievably frustrating when you need answers, they might reply once then will disappear. We were told we were being assigned an account manager, after the initial email to introduce themselves they disappeared never to be heard from again. The website is great, very user friendly - everything else is genuinely awful.

Terrible customer experience

It is all good until you need some customer support to find out what is going on with your items. I ordered 3 items, 2 arrived but the 3rd one was in a separate box which was completely drained from the rain and falling apart so the items inside which was tissue paper was 1000% damaged. I rejected the delivery. Packhelp got in touch to double check that I rejected the delivery, I explained the situation. Since then it has been silence. I have chased them already on 3 separate emails. I still don't know when I will receive the tissue paper. It is more than 2-3weeks now I am waiting for them to tell me when I will have it. It was not a cheap customised paper so I would really like to have it! Lack of communication on their side does not instil professionalism and trust!

I recently used Packhelp for our marketing boxes and found them to offer good value compared to competitors. While there were some initial issues with the order, such as a misprint and color errors, the customer service team, particularly Magdalena, was responsive and resolved the problems efficiently by recommending the right pantones for our design. Despite minor hurdles with the website's quote system and slower delivery times from outside the UK, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the diligent follow-up and support from their team. With a bit more ease in contact options, Packhelp would be even better, but I'd still recommend them for their attentive customer care and quality product outcomes.

Shocking Company / No Customer Support

Shocking company, with non-existent customer support. AVOID.

Placed an order over a month ago, took them 2 weeks to let me know that my order isn't possible despite it being an option on their online editor. Now simply not replying to any of my communications, nor is there a phone number to contact.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - AVOID.
Awful customer service, who have blanked me for over two weeks. I paid for express production and it was confirmed that my order would be on time. Then I was told it would be a week late with no explanation or apology. Despite asking what could be done and offering to pay to expedite delivery, my boxes still have not arrived. I now find out they are on a multi-country dispatch (obviously its cheaper!). Their boxes maybe good (I'll let you know if mine ever turn up) but their customer service is the worse I've experienced in a long, long time. Avoid if you don't have months to wait for your products. And don't expect an answer if you need help!

Zero customer service

1. Very expensive sample kit, which most companies provide for free. Slow, expensive delivery from outside UK.
2. The quote system on the website does not work and caused me to waste over 30 minutes navigating it multiple times to no avail.
3. The company is extremely difficult to contact over email or chat. When I finally found a contact form and messaged I was asked to use the broken quote tool again.
4. Having requested a quote over email they have stopped responding.
5. I have given up, I have no confidence in this company.

Printed Incorrectly & no resolution for over a week

Really disappointing experience with PackHelp. Our boxes we ordered had a misprint on the front and some print missing from the inside of many of our boxes.

We have submitted photos of the issues a week ago and have received confirmation of receiving these but not been contacted with an outcome.

This has delayed our project and as we would expect them reprinted, this will delay our project even more.

It’s not acceptable that it takes over a week to look at our order photos and notice they are incorrect and resolve the issues.

There is no phone line to contact pack help, this could be easily resolved in one phone call if there was.

We will be taking legal action, we will dispute the charge with our credit card company, having not received the goods as ordered.

Very helpful customer service!

It was our first time using packhelp for our marketing boxes. Our first boxes were sent in the wrong colour so we got in touch with customer service. Magdalena from customer service has helped us resolve this issue by recommending us the pantones similar to the original RGB colour of our box design. They resent the boxes for free (we did pay for expert check and warranty so this was expected) and they looked amazing! Just make sure when you design your box, you use pantones and not an RBG colour.
