Hassle free repair
I was given a time slot the day before the planned visit.
I was sent a messsge saying the engineer was on his way. He turned up exactly on time, he fixed my washing machine without any issues.
Absolutely no complaints.

Issues with ice maker and sediment
Engineer turned up at time advised, reviewed fridge / freezer and confirmed issue with ice making part that we sought an opinion on as sediment and bits in ice but not water. He will issue report, tried to talk to his office while here but advised us to wait till tomorrow and contact manufacturer and take it from there

Late cancellation of appointment
Booked a repair for my oven only to be called at 10.30am on the day of the repair to be told they couldn't make it, apparently as the engineer was sick. Very convenient given it's a Friday and nice weather. Well my lost day of work is no compensation for me is it? Rubbish service and still no fix for my oven. Thanks

I had a great experience with the dishwasher repair. He arrived on time, was professional throughout, and was very friendly. He explained everything clearly and completed the repair efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Andrew Buchanan 07814 076067, came to have a link at my washing machine as the softener tray was filling with water after every wash. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the part. He spoke to me also about how to prevent buildup in my dishwasher from any food cleaned off dishes during the wash. This was something I hadn't reported but was an excellent tip to give me as ive previously had issues with my dishwasher water not fully draining away. Would recommend andrew highly as he is efficient, professional and very helpful
