I used the Pacific first time and i had very bad experience unfortunately. I tried to contact them and explain my situation they didn’t want to solve.
First the car very old avoid the first option. I ordered child booster they gave me one broken and ripped. I put boot front of the guy but he didn’t say or helped me about that. Second issue is fuel policy, they force you to pay £20 under the terms conditions i have to accept it but I learned from their colleagues i can take full or empty. All rent a cars works like that but they don’t! What ever you use you can full the tank and you pay how much you used. I had a health issue during my trip and i had to stay all the time at hotel. So i didn’t have option to spend the fuel which they force me to pay. I contact them from whatsup and they refuse to refund me that amount. Consider that before you rent from them.

Car Pacific Rental provided an excellent car rental experience from start to finish. The online booking process was smooth and straightforward. Communication was great throughout, and I appreciated the flexibility of being able to pay in cash. The Nissan vehicle I rented was in perfect condition and met all my needs. I have used Pacific Car rentals maybe 20 times or more over the years when visiting North Cyprus and have always found their service excellent. Booking is quick, easy and efficient and the prices competitive. You can collect your car from their offices in Kyrenia or from Ercan Airport; alternatively they will deliver to your home or accommodation in TRNC. The cars are clean and well maintained and the staff friendly and courteous. Thanks as always to Amanda and the Pacific Team in Ecevit Sokak.

We had a Ford Focus which was good.
Smooth service from start to finish. Good fuel policy. They even have a what’s app service for quick answers to questions.

Another car company let us down so we needed to keep the car for longer than planned and this was not an issue for Pacific who were great and extended our rental over what’s app.

Would recommend and would use again.

I have been using them for 15 years, and have always found them to be exceptionally honest and trustworthy. They maintain their fleet to a high standard of safety. That is the reason I return to them year after year. One year, I actually had Pirelli tires on the car I rented from them! The staff is also very helpful and reliable. Highly recommended!

We got a newer Ford Focus. I hate automatic gearboxes, so I requested a manual - and got one.
The car had a few scratches, which was duly noted by the representative. The car was delivered at our hotel, and picked up again, at no extra cost.

Only tiny problem, was that the representative was 1,5 hours late to pick the car up... Luckily the hotel agreed to call me (on my foreign mobile phone) once he'd arrive.

If/when I get back to North Cyprus, I'll definitely use Pacific again.

When I have booked my trip to North Cyprus Pacific was the right place to for the car rental, They have brought my car straight away and helped me to find out every place I wanted to go. It is a very helpful and valuable company and I would definitely recommend A+++
