I was told of Pace Ward by the garage I’m buying my modified car from, I was put in touch with Joel who turned out to be fantastic in every way posible and made the whole experience simple. Joel always phoned me within an hour of emailing him and was really enthusiastic all the time to make sure I got what I needed!

Kate's service and account management was excellent. Kate's knowledge of my portfolio and understanding of the position with an additional property meant that I was offered several products where I was able to choose in line with her advice the most suitable policy for my needs.

Once again top customer service from Dan at Pace ward. Adding cars to multi car policy is simple and cost effective. Highly recommended.

I have used Paceward for my modified vehicles for 10+ years. Never had a problem and they always quoted best. Very professional! Unfortunately I had to make a claim and it couldn't have been dealt with better considering the circumstances thanks to Debby. I will continue to use Paceward for all my insurance.

First time insuring through paceward and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. So nice to have a personal touch in this day of automating everything and they beat other quotes straight off the bat. Great company and a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic bunch of guys, I primarily dealt with Dan but spoke to Joe at times as well who was equally helpful. They were the cheapest by quite some margin over the other usual suspects that are used for high performance cars. However no cover was compromised with the reduction in cost. Previous driving experience along with previous vehicles are taken into account to give the customer a truly tailored quote. Couldn't recommend these guys enough, I certainly wont be taking my business anywhere else. Thanks chaps

From the minute I made my first phone call, to the minute the claim was settled, the customer service I received from Pace Ward was one of the best I've experienced. I was looked after from start to finish by a very kind & thoughtful member of staff called Debbie. She was always available when I needed her & did all the leg work for me. It was a terrifying accident but the process afterwards was faultless. Thank you so much Pace Ward!!

Have been a customer of PW for many years and always find their service and advice very clear - makes a big chage in the current world to be feel valued as an individual human and not a number in a machine serviced by a call centre.

I don't have the time to shop around and the nature of the cover i need is specialised so keep up the great work and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

Even with the challenge this year year with Covid19 the service was fantastic and as a customer there was no perception that they had their people working between office and remote locations [At home] - Well done Pace Ward and special call out to Rebbeca J for handling my renewals flawlessly.

Al was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Pleasant, friendly and very helpful with a quote on my performance modified car. The quote was very competitive and within 2 phone calls I had a policy taken out and paid for. I've dealt with a lot of "performance insurers" in the past over the phone and found them to be expensive, rude and unhelpful. I will be returning to Pace ward with future business.

Dealt with many insurers and brokers over the years. Been with Admiral last 5 years as they were cheap for high power cars covering my sons under 25. Pace Ward kept popping up on GTROC so last year gave them a call. Spoke To Alison and what a breath of fresh air. No call centre, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Always calls back or answers emails promptly. She couldn't have done more and have just taken out a policy with her as also very competitive. I love the idea to that you have one person to contact. Brilliant service and a joy to deal with. Thank you.
