Very unprofessional and rude staff, I called and booked for vaccine, they gave me a price on the phone. After the vaccination the price changed by £15 and I insisted on the previous price I used to book the appointment. Their gaffer came and was sure they made a mistake asked me to have it for free. I called them back for my ID card I left behind they insisted it wasn’t there. I went there myself and when I raised my voice on him, he brought out my ID card. Okay give me my vaccination certificate he insisted I paid after his gaffer asked me not to pay 3 days ago, very very rude pharmacist sajid javid. I regret going there. Be careful when visiting them.

My experience was really bad there is this old lady Indian she was super rude every time I go there she’s always rude she’s bullying her own team and the costumers along with this Indian guy this is very bad how comes they still there they are really rude
If I do see them in the street I would probably kick them so they know how others feels as well

Today a staff member had a very bad attitude with me for no reason judging my medication

I am rating the store in Kingsthorpe Northampton. The staff are absolutely first class. Friendly efficient and knowledgeable. They are everything you would wish for from a pharmacy. If there are any issues they explain options and go the extra mile to help you. Lovely ladies I salute you.

Dont know what's happened to torchwood at birchills walsall. Theg will not answer the phone. Dont know if repeat prescription has gone through??

I can't speak for them all, but the pharmacy at Malvern Grove in Northampton is great. There are so many bad pharmacies around (including Boots) and finally found one that's helpful, offers fast and efficient service, staff are friendly, and above all - they actually answer the phone!

Staff at 363 Sydenham rd seem more interested in demonstrating their in-chargeness than providing any level of care. I’ve been collecting the same medication for my dog who has cancer for over a year. Every 2 months. Go there this week and the pharmacist/manager demands we jump through new hoops (prescription must now be posted) to get the same medication. So I and my vet do what he demands. They send an email back saying the meds would be ready at 11am yesterday. Go there today, no meds.

went in to collect my repeat prescription.asked to see a pharmacist for some advice as i didnt want to bother gp.nurse said "she will be with you in a minute."5 mins later still waiting,so i politely said dont bother and walked out.obviously can't be bothered,staff are always unhelpful and rude.think i am going to change pharmacist.

Unfortunately results minimal if at all, not one person has noticed. Cost 180 initially but this doubled in price as had to have whole week off work I paid. Not warned at all about bruising. My mouth was ridiculously bruised and no amount of make up would camaflage it. I looked like I had been punched, I wouldn't go out of the house too embarrassed, I
found the consultant very pleasant and the procedure at the time quite painless but left dissatisfied and quite unhappy

booked follow up. Young lady at touchwood said she'd ring me back to confirm but never heard back

I would honestly recommend this clinic to anyone who already has treatments or is considering having them done for the first time
The consultantion is thorough and personalised to your needs and everything is explained to you in great detail..
The treatment is carried out in a lovely, bright airy room and was so relaxing i nearly fell asleep
The consultant is a perfectionist, very gentle and reassuring at all times
I genuinely cannot wait for my next experience there

Made a massive difference and did a really good job, always asked if I was okay and was very helpful and honest
