I wasn't sure about this mob at the start when I seen the reviews here but then I checked other review sites and see many great reviews so I went ahead and purchased a canopy and roof rack. I absolutely love them. Also dealing with the customer service was very helpful. I recieved my package 2 days early so that was a bonus. I purpously wrote a review here as I was also hesitant but then I done some more research and seen this might not be the place to get a real picture of who they are and the overall experience was near perfect. Thanks guys

No response to emails
And now they have removed themselves from google maps ???

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Bought a Tailgate Lock System for my Mitsubishi Triton and they sent me the wrong wiring harness. I tried several times to get a solution from customer service but Eva (customer service attendant) seems to don't really care about it.

Worst customer service. product does not match template but it is not their fault because not installed by a professional. nice little cop out for poor products

Supplied a kit. Some parts correct some not. No assistance at remedy.

I wish there was an option to give this company zero stars, the product that I bought, Jeep Gladiator Roof Rack did not fit and the company, did not honor any refund whatsoever, they did not adhere to their refund policy, they wanted us to pay back for shipping and on top of it, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US FOR THE INTIAL DELIVERY SHIPPING WHICH WAS FREE!!! this will leave us with no refund left, honestly DISGUSTING COMPANY, NEVER AGAIN, we have raised this issues with FAIR TRAIDING.

Purchased flares for hilux 5-11 and they don't fit properly. Installed by professional like it says on their website and they already cracked around the bolt holes areas. Today I just been advised that the photos on their website is of Kut Snake flares. I shoulda just bought the Kut Snake ones to begin with. Now have to buy second set.

Horrible quality products. When bringing the quality issues of a product I purchased to their attention they were not interested in replacement or images, just accused me of not using a professional to install. They’re plastic fenders, it’s literally a few clips and bolts. The problem is the horrendous product quality with warped plastic and wonky edges. 100% would avoid their products and after the customer experience I would avoid the seller all together.
