Oxygen Plus , got my machine delivered to me , with a slight delay , they were waiting for some out of stock extra filters for my machine to arrive that I also ordered at the same time .

OxygenPlus Concentrators Fantastic
Purchasing an oxygen concentrator is interesting at best for the layman. There are multiple brands on the market on the market and multiple price ranges. To find the brand I purchased (Phillips Respironics Everflo) for the price I paid from OxygenPlus Concentrators, was amazing. Knowing they had completely refurbished it was even better. Although I wish they provided free shipping, my concentrator arrived intact, well packed, and in working order. I am very pleased with this purchase and have referred this company to my doctor.

Only been 3 days but it is still working. The last one lasted 5 years in extreme dust. They all rip us off but I got this re-made one for $400. The guy below says they don't rip us off and thinks we are stupid!
All medical manufactures are thieves. They over charge for everything. Did you know that in the 60's it was illegal to profit from Medical. Now it cost you $1,400. for a bag of salt water..!!!
Now whit their friends in Government they can charge what ever they want and take every dime you have before and after you die.
How do we get rid of this crooked corporation government? Stop paying income tax ...!!!

Shipping took too long
Shipping took too long. It came runs better than the new one I bought for reconditioned. Would be 5 stars but was not satisfied with shipping not sure of who was at fault. Would recommend them to anyone and will go back in the future.

I ordered something from them on March…
I ordered something from them on March 25 and didn't get it until April 12th (Friday). Tracking it, it looked like it sat in their I had changed my mind about it so sent it back and it was back to them in three days (Wednesday). There is also a 25% "restocking" fee. The only contact I had with them was when I sent it back and gave them a bad review. Otherwise, I didn't see where you could contact them on their site (it may be there somewhere).

Ma'am I am sorry you are unhappy with your transaction, but I feel the need to set the record straight. Your order was actually placed after business hours on Thursday 3-28-19. It was processed on Friday 3-29-19, and the order was shipped within 3 business days, as we promise on our website. All orders generally ship in 2-3 business days, and we kept to this promise.
What you do not disclose in your review is that in fact, FedEx tried to deliver this package multiple times on 04-08-19 and 04-09-19 and you were not available to sign for the package, and ultimately refused it. We offered to resend the package to you, but your reply email stated "Please don't resend it. I got hurt really bad and need to take a change of course with my health" Proof is with the FedEx tracking number 786363565454
As per our rules and guidelines that you are required to read and agree to before placing a purchase, refusing a package after shipment will always have the order cancellation policy applied to it.
Our phone number and email are not only prominently displayed at the very top of our webpage, they are also listed on the order guidelines page you were required to read and agree to before you can place an order, and all of our information is also included in both of the order confirmation emails we send to you. Our contact info is also listed at the bottom of our webpages, AND on the invoice we sent you. There is no excuse to say you cannot contact us.
Also, you never returned our phone call to your office on 04-08-19 about this refused package either.
Great concentrator
Great concentrator, especially at the used price. It is very quiet, One negative- It generates the most heat of any concentrator I have ever used. Easy to compensate for during the winter, bur spring and summer are coming!

Not totally transparent
They were a little slow on the shipping. I wish they posted the hours the machine had been used on the info. I would have spent more to get a newer machine. So far it has worked well.

Hello and thank you for the review! I am sorry if our shipping was a little slower than advertised. We get a little busy sometimes, but try to keep delays to a minimum! Please take note that we do not charge more or less for a machine based on hours. Once the entire unit is reconditioned, hours on the hour meter are almost irrelevant.

The purchase experience is great
The purchase experience is great, reasonably priced and shipping was timely. They called to verify the cc to not be fraudulent, I give that bonus points. Now I get to see how the warranty Dept works , the machine works, but there is a noise / vibration that can't be good. The other identical machine I own doesn't have that same noise , so I know it's not normal.

The oxygenater arrived
Delivery was a little slow. Unit worked for 2 days and then failed. Called to report the problem. Repersentative was very nice saying they would send out a new unit. That was on December 26, 2018. Have not received the unit so far.
