Just a word of caution to any U.K

Just a word of caution to any U.K. customers. I just ordered in the Black Friday sale and paid £48 shipping costs. I figured I’d pay the high shipping costs as it would be covered by the savings made in the Black Friday sale. However I received an email from FedEx asking for an additional £82 taxes to release my delivery. So £130 total shipping costs! Contacted Oxiceutics as I had an invoice from them stating £0 taxes. Was told it’s my responsibility to pay the taxes and if the products are returned to sender they wouldn’t refund me. I didn’t see anything at the point of purchase about the taxes, so just be aware if you are purchasing from the U.K.

Not a trustworthy company.

In order to get fresh stock of MyReuteri, I ordered 2 bottles of this product directly from oxiceutics.com. When I received them on 28th Nov, they had half of their normal shelf life. I tried to contact the company by email and their online contact form but have not received any reply. Before ordering I check with them to see the expected expiry on this product and they replied by saying 1 year after the manufacturing date.
