Oxbridge Flooring fitted our carpets through our building developer Barratt Homes @ Clipstone Park in Leighton Buzzard. The carpets in our 3 bedrooms & landing is immaculate, however the carpet on the stairs is absolutely appalling, was fitted terribly - it doesn’t fit, missing pieces on multiple steps. Despite their customer services having multiple pictures and booking in a date in September to rectify the issue - Oxbridge failed to show. They’ve since ignored all communication via email myself & my partner have sent them. Absolutely disgusting customer services. They lack total compassion and have no empathy at all. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Bought 5 carpets from these guys and they were so helpful. The carpets were excellent quality, all cut to the right size and the fitter they sent did it efficiently and even tidied up after himself! Will definitely use them again.
