It’s been 7 days with no response on…

It’s been 7 days with no response on the status of my order. Also, unable to check status online as it doesn’t recognize the order number stating no order on record. In the meantime, my credit card has been charged.

They sent me the Chloe wrong shoe size and…

They sent me the wrong shoe size and refused to accept a return and send correct size despite sending pictures, shoes were $400. They said the warehouse had no record of sending wrong size and only continued to tell me they sent the correct size. Also refused to refund me so had to call Amex to help.
