I was invite to onbording training it was informative, and information was given in a way we could understand.

In addition to that, the team provided detailed feedback on areas of my profile that needed improvement. They were specific about what I should adjust and gave guidance on how to improve those areas.

Following that, I completed an assessment and participated in a thorough training session. The training covered what to expect next, how to navigate and use the Overpass platform, how to track time, get paid, and important platform guidelines. One key point they emphasized was avoiding client communications or offers outside of Overpass to protect against scams.

Overall, the experience was organized, supportive, and made me feel confident about using the platform and moving forward.
