I bought an rtx 5080 GPU from overclockers and I'm very happy I paid 20% less than anywhere else it was available and it was delivered the next day. The mini packs of haribos were a nice surprise!

Quite often the cheaper source for pc parts. New and in good quality the only thing that let's them down is the delivery time 3-5 working days

I've been using Overclockers for years as they're competitively priced...even dropped in personally at their store when passing once so don't worry about them being legit! They have a good members forum to with knowledgeable users. I can't say either way how their customer support is though as currently I've never had to use them. A1.

I recently bought several components from Overclockers UK for a new PC build, including an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X and other hardware. Everything arrived well packaged and on time, and the components have performed exactly as expected. After updating the BIOS and upgrading to Windows 11, the system has been running perfectly. A smooth buying experience from start to finish, and I’d happily buy from Overclockers UK again.

I’m always a bit nervous ordering a B grade item but it turned out well packed works perfectly and was a fantastic saving against list price and goodness knows we all need that when it comes to DDR5 at the moment.

This is a very late review (5 months later!) so my apologies to the absolute legends at Overclockers UK.
I ordered 2 new RX 9060 XT 16GB GPU's and they arrived early and in excellent condition. Very well packaged, so no worry of any damage in transit.

Brilliant on price, honesty, delivery, knowledge and stock availability. This is my go to company for pc parts in GB. Why go elsewhere when you get the best here.

I placed a pre-order in early June, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 days. Initially shipped the 18th June, I'm still waiting for the package after 2 weeks, and no update from anyone.

Communication from Overclockers was great at the beginning, but a bit slow and disappointing recently.

My package sat in the carrier's depot for 3 days without any updates. I contacted 2 times Overclockers but received no update, so I contacted the carrier directly to find out what's happening.

This doesn't give me a good impression for my first order.

Because of the issue encountered, I would expect some kind of follow up ?

Update: The delivery issue has now been resolved, and I received my order the following day.

I did contact Customer Service over the phone, but they weren't able to provide an estimated delivery time. It seems the team managing Trustpilot helped resolve the issue. thank you! Those working on the support case never come back to me after 4 days! However, they were very quick once I said the package was delivered..

Customer Service with case : A bit slow, some of them are helpful.

Customer Service over the phone : Escalated to a Manager, couldn't provide ETA.

Agent working on Trustpilot was right, and was indeed able to fix it.

Great service, and delivery, will be buying again.

The support staff were friendly and super helpful with answering questions over email and on the phone. I was also really chuffed to see whoever packed my order threw in some mini packets of Haribo, that was really nice so thanks for that! As a first time customer of Overclockers UK I got a very positive first impression, I'll happily order from them again in the future.
