Delivery service was great
Delivery service was great, I only ordered it the weekend just gone and got it in the post a few days later all the while choosing standard delivery, price was excellent too!
I got my heat sink and fan installed now, even came with thermal paste too from the same company as the heat sink etc, bonus.
I have plenty of thermal paste to last in reserves.
Even came with five little packs of Haribo which was quite amusing, my little one enjoyed them.

There was initially a delay in delivery as one of the items in my basket was not in stock. However, when I reached out and chose an alternative, Tom ensured delivery swiftly arrived the next day, very carefully packaged.
Also, when there seemed to be a defective item in my basket, Adam W was really helpful and supported with troubleshooting. As it turned out, the item was not the problem.
I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Overclockers UK.

Ordering process went smoothly Delivery not so!…
The whole ordering process went smoothly, and prices were fair considering the underlying atmosphere - thank you.
One complaint which is not of you doing was the Delivery by DPD. I was in the whole day on the Saturday and I received a message that the driver was 30 minutes away, then another stating that I was next so I went outside to wait. Then as I got outside 2 minutes after the last message stating that the driver was sorry that he missed me, saying that no-one was in - like hell! I phoned and complained which took 30 minutes to get an answer and told it will be delivered on Sunday, the next day. But it annoys that these DPD Drivers lie. The parcels arrived the next day. Delay I can accept, lying NOT! But O/C's still get 5 Stars!
