Mixed feelings!

Mixed feelings!

I found your web site confusing and misleading. I came to it expecting objective and impartial information. Your site claims to deliver this while being 'in partnership' with Dignity/ Simplicity who, you said, you 'don't work for'. What?? The truth is, you are a sales agent for them.

I took off 2 stars for not being transparent. This is about trust.

I took off another star for what I felt was undue persistence. You phoned me several times to ask if I had any further questions and once to say you hadn't received my application yet. It felt more like pressure than concern.

There is really no need to send a completed application form to you first. The instructions on it are clear: send it straight to Simplicity. My friends all thought it was a scam!

I'm sorry, but this was a worry I didn't need at an already emotional time.

I left 2 stars because I liked how you discussed my plan choice with me on the phone, in a manner that was pleasant, patient and thoughtful. That was helpful. You volunteered to get extra information that mattered to me (and got it). Thank you!!

Confused and disappointed about your comments as you were so complimentary over the phone – completely the opposite to the negative comments in your review. I explained at the outset all about our company and why we recommend Dignity – which is also clearly detailed on our website. My additional call was to check you were happy with the application process as you expressed concerns about how to apply. At no stage do we pressure customers which is demonstrated by our other reviews.

The decision to have a simple cremation…

The decision to have a simple cremation at a third of the cost of a full blown funerai was an easy one to make and Claire was very friendly and easy to talk to.
I've already recommended "Over 50 Choices' to friends a family.
