Theme not working, no support, no refund…

I bought the premium version of the WordPress theme "Shopstar", but the theme cannot be customized because the validation fails every time. At first, “outofthebox” offered support via email, but then they stopped. It is still not working. Their website claims that they offer refunds if you are not satisfied, but I did not receive one, and they also stopped replying to my emails. It is a shame that they do not stand behind their own product and hat they do not keep their word…

They have a useless support that…

They have a useless support that doesn't answer their e-mails. I bought a shopstar theme from them and it didn't work as described before purchase, it also doesn't work with Elementor, I uninstalled the theme and installed it again and then it couldn't validate again. worthless, they are just scamming you for money!!! That's my understanding of it all.
