Brilliant service.
I spent ages ringing shops and searching the internet to find who had the boots I wanted in the size and fit I wanted.
I drew a blank, shops either didn’t know what stock they had or didn’t have the boots.
A phone call to Outside and the guy immediately checked the physical stock, confirmed they had it and put the item by until the mail order department opened.
All ordered and arrived in 48 hours.
Top staff, top service. They have my trade in future.

Very efficient and great service
Getting sizing is tricky with climbing shoes, so I had to change them a couple of times to get it right, Outside were very efficient in making sure we were taken care of.
