Excellent all round.
Outside provide excellent, impartial advice on a professional basis I.e. not just to make a sale.
The Ohmega is a useful piece of kit for a weight difference between the climber and belayer. I tested this out in Costa Blanca last week and it worked as described.
I would recommend for those situations where there is a 10kg+ difference, in my case, there was ~30kg and, as above, it worked brilliantly to protect the climber and give the belayer an easier time.
Not a cheap item but you don’t mind the cost when you’re 30m up a sport route in a remote crag.

Mountain Equipment jacket repair
I had a failed zip on a Mountain Equipment Tupilak jacket and the after sales service from both Outside and Mountain Equipment was superb. The zip was replaced under the Mountain Equipment lifetime warranty, free of charge, quickly and efficiently. Once the jacket was back at outside, it was posted out for delivery the following day. Thanks to everyone involved in the repair. Great Job and Great Service!
