All European buyers are not treated the same. At the moment, the company offers big discounts on the German site for some brands for German and Austrian buyers, which do not apply to buyers on "European" site. Unprofessional, unequal and unethical treatment of buyers in various European countries.
The company's service is second to none. I've used them a few times, including their refund and exchange service. Not only are you not required to buy new boxes and queue up at your post office they process your refund straight away. They informed me of a refund on a Sunday for something I returned the Friday before! I was so impressed. And my an item that I had exchanged came 2 days later. They seem to be working hard to please their customers. Also would like to mention their packeging. It's like buying in a designer shop itself!
