The installation time depends on having the prerequisites installed. VC++2017 is one of them and triggers Windows Restore point that can take some time. If the prerequisites are met, the installation is very fast.
With the Enterprise License we also have a release without the prerequisites for smaller file distribution.

We are using the tool on a farm of terminal servers. The company helped out to get the correct license and our users can all use the drag and drop-option from Outlook now. Previously we had to save to a local drive, and drag into our Document Management Solution from there. Now we can drag and drop directly!
