Professional support

When you have a question about a product, you receive relevant information. The products are well wrapped. I once got an incomplete package and that was easily solved.

They partnered with a terrible courier

They partnered with a terrible courier. The man delivered my packages and then asked for my personal documents. Upon refusal, he demanded the packages back and actively breached the barrier of my house, putting his foot in the door and acting threatening. Well, I don’t want this at my door ever again so I won’t be shopping here unfortunately. The products themselves were fine. But being ignored after such an event happening… I already sent a message explaining the situation to OutletPC, they didn’t respond.

What you describe is not part of our delivery procedure. Couriers are never allowed to request personal documents or access private property. When incidents like this are reported through a ticket, we escalate them directly to the courier company with traceability.

If you didn’t get a reply, it’s likely the message wasn’t linked to a ticket. Please open one from your Outlet PC account and include the order number and delivery date so we can identify the route and take formal action.

SCAM ALERT – outlet-pc.es: Fake “100% human hair” wig + opened/unsafe cosmetics

I have never written a bad review in my life I usually let small things go but this was so utterly disrespectful and fraudulent that I had to say something. Almost nothing I ordered was usable or as described it was a health risk at this point (opened/unsealed cosmetics, oxidized brown Vitamin C serum), and that is completely unacceptable.

I Ordered a Shoaiye 13x4 34" "human hair" lace front wig + beauty products. Paid €153.
Got: fully synthetic (plastic shine, doll hair feel), clearly used (tangled, dirty, glue on lace, old hairs/debris), cut lace, tiny cap.
Spanish reviews confirm they advertise human but send synthetic but this was worse: worn/returned junk.
Cosmetics: opened/unsealed (health risk), L’Oréal Vit C serum oxidized brown, vitamins in huge bottles filled only 20%, minis/damaged stuff passed as new.
Box dirty, everything photographed immediately after pickup. CS: useless auto-replies.
This is fraud reselling used/returned/open items as new.
AVOID outlet-pc.es completely. If you bought, file chargeback NOW (credit card/iDEAL might be harder, but push it)
(I unfortunately can't upload pictures because it's turned of but I can provide them when nessecary)
Don't let them scam more people!!.

Update (16 January 2026):
I sent detailed emails to their support on 10 January 2026 (with photos and full description of issues), and follow-ups on 11 and 12 January.
Only automated template replies no real response, no solution, no return instructions. I have screenshots/proof of all emails sent.
I cannot add photos directly to this review (Trustpilot not allowing upload or response option yet), and I cannot reply to comments that's why this update.
Concrete evidence is available upon request: timestamped photos taken immediately after pickup on 10 January 2026 (synthetic wig with glue/dirt/residue/old hairs, oxidized brown Vitamin C serum, unsealed/opened products, underfilled vitamins in oversized bottles).
This is not about the money. It's about the blatant disrespect toward a customer who trusted their advertising. A serious company would respond properly to complaints instead of ignoring them or sending automated messages.
I'm sharing this to help prevent others from experiencing the same fraud and poor treatment.
Avoid outlet-pc.es they ship repackaged used/opened/unsafe products and ignore complaints.

with all documentation in the same thread. Once the incident is registered correctly, the team can check batch, product state, and provide the next concrete step.

Without an active incident linked to the order, no verification or return instructions can be issued.

Hello Allan,

Many products in our catalogue come from outlet stock, liquidations or units with damaged packaging, which allows them to be offered at a reduced price compared to their usual market value.

When a product is marked as damaged packaging, it normally means the outer box may have marks or wear from handling or transport, while the product itself should be in working condition.

If you ever receive an item that does not match the condition described, it can be reviewed from the order through a support ticket so the team can check the case and manage it accordingly.

When an order is cancelled after payment, it’s usually because the system detects a real stock issue and prevents sending an item we can’t supply correctly. In those cases, the order is cancelled and the amount is automatically refunded using the same payment method.

I bought a portable monitor that…

I bought a portable monitor that supposedly had a comestic problem, and in same day I received the the monitor I tested and the monitor had several horizontal stripes on the screen. I wont be able to use it, since the monitor obviously has function and technical problems. I went to their page and folloe the steps for issues/ problem which is to created an incident. I already created at least 3 incidents and got no answers from them.

In this case, there is an active incident correctly opened and answered by our support team. You contacted us regarding the monitor, and we replied within the ticket requesting additional information (a short video) in order to verify the issue you describe, as the product was sold with declared cosmetic damage only, not functional defects.

Our response was sent via the same ticket and by email. If you have not seen it, it is very likely that the message was filtered into your spam or junk folder. This usually explains why multiple incidents are opened for the same case, even though replies have already been issued.

To proceed with the return and refund, it is essential that you reply directly to the existing ticket and provide the requested video so our technical team can validate the functional issue and authorize the next steps. Opening new tickets does not speed up the process and can actually delay resolution, as all communication must remain within the same thread.

Please check your email folders and respond to the original ticket so we can continue handling your case properly.
