ordered, paid for then got phoned, out of stock!!! Still they did phone me to say fairly quickly and refunded no problem just doesn't seem that organised to sell goods you don't have.

Would order from these people again. I ordered a Vango tent, Got given an estimated delivery date and On the day it came I got a text saying what time there would arrived and it was true they came within those times on the text. The tent was well wrap and packaged well. The tent itself was very easy to put up. So I am one very happy customer can't wait to get to the hills and try out my new tent.

I bought a Vango tent Kasari 600 and received it in the mail 4 days later, I had also ordered a camping table, but when the two are weighed too much for a single shipment they wrote to me that it would cost extra, so they gave me option to cancel or pay for the two items I chose to cancel, I hander certainly there again, super customer service.

Ordered tent and it turned up within 2 days. Unfortunately it was someone else's order (complete with their details). My tent went to them!
Rang up and arranged for tent to be collected and new one delivered via parents address as I'm in work. New tent gets sent to my address and wrong tent is still awaiting collection!

The item arrived within 3 days and was just as described. Greta service and I would use company again.

I found the service easy to use, the orders came quite quickly and when I returned some items due to them being too small I got replacements easily.

Service and delivery was excellent the only thing was that the product was very slightly damaged, the metal part of the table was dented and the beads between the table slats had cracked and broken on some. kind of not worth the trouble complaining, but disappointed never the less.

This wouldn't stop me using the company again though.

I orederd a snow suit, i was traveling then, when I got home almost a months later nothing had arrived, tried to contact Outdoorgear4u a few times with no answer...

I ordered a groundsheet footprint for a Vango tent. It arrived the following day with no issues.

Item arrived very fast and it was a great value deal.

The product arrived within 4 days of the order being placed. I was dissapointed with the lack of packaging to protect the ski goggles on their journey and the risk of damage to the goggles. Thought that Outdoorgear4U was overall good value.

Great quality item pity you have to wait just that we bit longer than normal but if all items are as good then the wait will be worth it .
