Bought a vango helium ul 2 from here . Had issues with tent . Via store tent was returned to vango. Once for repair and then a refund . Would like to thank them for there patience. And resolving the matter. Thanks.

Not good, never received the item, didn't take responsibility for non delivery, neither did the courier. Had to take a £220 loss.

The colour of the beanie I received from them does NOT match the picture they put on their website. And their customer service was NOT great when I raised this issue with them.

Bought a tent (Vango Galaxy 300) that was out of stock on many of the more well-known sites that I checked. The tent was far cheaper than anywhere else too, due to a 10% discount code from their site.

I checked reviews prior to buying and found their social media and felt comfortable that it was a legit site. Customer service is very responsive and helpful (I asked about stock of another item) and delivery was very speedy (just 2 days).

I ordered two items online yesterday (one of the items was out of stock in all but one other retailer) and both were delivered to me today, six days ahead of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged, but my email to Outdoor Action received an almost immediate reply, apologising and with a no quibble refund to my account - fantastic service, thank you

Boots arrived in a damaged box. I returned the boots as I did not like the colour. For a return, I used the same box and wrote on it: "Damaged on arrival". The company 'stole' £6 from my refund claiming they cannot use the box anymore.

We live close to the store in Blackburn and its the only place we will go for all our Outdoor wear (we drive straight past Go Outdoors). We've just spent a good 3 hours being kitted out for our first ski trip. All done by knowledgeable staff, making sure that all equipment fit perfectly and was suitable for our individual needs. I support shopping locally and with independent retailers and when you get great advice with great prices you can't go wrong.

Bought W/P trousers and they arrived very quickly. Too small so returned. Not Outdoor Action's fault but money refunded immediately.
Another pair of W/P trousers ordered and again arrived very quickly. No problems this time.
