I have read the negative comments on here & agree that I too did not realise that this company had links with China. Waited 7 weeks but it arrived yesterday. The Let it Bee 🐝 mustard T shirt was exactly as advertised & I quite like the design & quality. The only reason for 4 stars is the fact I had to wait so long. Their customer service was also very prompt & courteous when I checked my delivery details. Happy with the item.

I regret ordering a t-shirt from this website. My fault for not checking and was foolishly taken in by eco-friendly company name only to realise that item was shipped to UK from China and took almost 7 weeks to arrive. Will be researching more carefully where my ordered goods originate from in future.

*UPDATE. The t-shirt I ordered has finally arrived but it is not the colour shown in the images. The material is thin and the sizing strange - long arms but very short in the body. Quality of the product is not worth the wait and stress. I still would not recommend this company. If you do decide to order, read their Ts and Cs carefully. I am no expert but they seem unusual in places.*

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have waited over 2 months for my order which hasn't arrived. When emailing, I have been given different information from that shown on the tracking links provided (although I now also wonder whether these are genuine!). Now seeking a refund. Very disappointing. I would avoid this company.

Ordered 2 items never received them. Absolutely shocking customer service trying to get my money back! Very poor communication to customers!

Advise against ordering anything!

I ordered a yellow tshirt in April and it arrive this week. I contacted the seller regarding delay of delivery and they replied promptly and explained that due to the current situation things were slightly delayed. I love the tshirt and would definitely use the seller again. Thanks!

I love the two t-shirts I bought from Our Earth Project. Really soft fabric, lovely colours and a great message. I did get a bit anxious about delivery, even though it says on the website that the products may take a while to arrive, but when I emailed customer service to enquire the response was swift, friendly and reassuring and sure enough ~ both t shirts arrived! :-)

This is my second review as this company is still refusing to refund me despite me ordering in March and not receiving the product.
They blame corona and yet others who ordered after me have received their foods. They are doing everything possible to avoid giving money back.
You may also have to pay shipping duty as the products are Chinese - no UK address. A scam.
Avoid!!

Can I just add that they eventually contacted me to say item was lost but no refund has been given - please avoid

Has anyone already bought T-shirts or other products here? Because I waited three weeks more for the two t-shirts from the given date and finally gave up the order. I wonder how much time I will wait for my money back?
The ordered t-shirts were faulty, unfortunately it happened, but I was in touch with the seller and his team. In the end I got the money as promised

As mentioned in other reviews the company is not in the UK as suggested, it is actually in China & the t-shirts took over 2 months to arrive.
The quality of the t-shirts are awful. I ordered one in yellow & one in white. The yellow t-shirt is nothing like the t-shirt advertised; instead of a mustard yellow it is a very bright yellow. Both of the bee prints on the t-shirts have not be printed centrally & although they both have size medium labels, one is larger than the other.
I had thought ‘oh well, at least 10% has gone to charity’, but now I’m sceptical that that is the case.

So many things wrong with this company. They claim to be in the UK but have no obvious UK address and ship (or fail to ship!) from China, they do not make this clear during the ordering or that additional customs tax will be payable.
They claim to donate a % of their profits to charities, the charities have never heard of them or partnered with them. Isn't this fraud?
This aside, my item still hasn't arrived over 50 days later. I understand that these are uncertain times but this is beyond reasonable.
It is telling that you can find no negative or positive reviews on social media or Google and they are clearly challenging every negative review on Trustpilot.
I should have performed more ethical due diligence as they are taking advantage of consumers who want to make ethical choices. They are a disgrace.

Waited weeks for 2 t-shirts. Emailed a complaint and referred to these reviews on here, asking whether I was a victim of some sort of scam. They cancelled one t-shirt & refunded that. So far so good. Second one arrived and what dreadful tat from China. Cheap and nasty fabric, awful design ironed onto the front and I wouldn't have paid 50p for it in Primark. If this company is serious in its intentions then switch your suppliers and get merchandise that's actually worth the prices charged. Not buying cheap tat from China at these prices!

Awful product. This is cheap market trader tat. Poor quality fabric, uneven seams, cheap iron on transfer, colour and size, nothing like illustration on their Instagram advert. I ordered a Let it Bee tee shirt which took six weeks to arrive and have requested a refund. Will never purchase from them again.

I ordered a necklace(sunflower) and a tee shirt on 16th March. I had no idea they were coming from China, both items were marked leaving the originating country(China) on 24th March and shipping informationwould be update when it reached the uk, the t shirt has not been updated since then. I have been in touch with the company twice and they explained shipping issues due to CV-19, they were speedy in their replies. The necklace arrived 2 days ago and was defective. The words inside do not have spaces between them and read YOUAREMY..sunshine I also felt the quality of the necklace was poor the cast parts of the sunflower had rough edges with the chain being very low quality. I contacted the company with photos and those from the website showing the difference and they refunded my money immediately and asked me to donate the necklace, which I will.
The company asked me to leave a positive review and i said I would leave a positive message about their customer service. I still have not received my T shirt ordered 61 days ago.

Have still not received my t shirt ordered 80 days ago, I have emailed the company requesting a refund and lodged and resolution request with PayPal for goods not received. Have downgraded my stars from 2 to 1. Please learn from this and other reviews.

Terrible customer service and they don't allow comments on Facebook page . Have been waiting 50 days for t-shirt so far. Not clear on t's and c's that postage is from China. I don't believe it will ever come!

I ordered a T-shirt in Mid March. It hasn’t arrived. I have been in touch with the company and have received fairly prompt responses. Not that helpful however as the replies seem to be a standard response. I bit like the standard replies below. The tracking information provided isn’t helpful. It seems to be a manufacturing timeline. Very disappointing to find out these T-shirts are manufactured in China and flown to the UK. I would never have ordered. Was fooled by the reviews on social media. Which I checked a few weeks ago and thought my order must be an exception. I have asked for a refund. Earth Project have agreed to a refund. I’ll update when this is received.

Ordered Let it Bee T-shirt mid-March, arrived 7 weeks later and not the same as marketing photograph. Different colour and shape, cheap material. Photo of T-shirt is my profile picture. Avoid.

The picture on the website was of a sleek, stylish, trendy t-shirt with folded up sleeves and great side knot detail. It gave the impression of a delicate cotton with a slightly mottled colour (Let it Bee T-Shirt). What I received through the post today was a 50p made in china t-shirt with all the style of Susan Boyle. I was hoping I could attach a photo just to demonstrate the sheer rubbish-ness of the product but alas it's doesn't seem possible. I appreciate that the company donates some of the proceedings to honourable charities which granted, makes the purchase guilt free, but I genuinely liked the look of the products (that's right, I purchased 2 of the monstrosities) regardless of the charitable donations. All I can say is thank god i didn't pay full price (if full price even exists and is simply a marketing ploy) as had I paid £34.99 for each t-shirt I would be launching myself into an aggressive swarm of bees right now.

We can only echo the experiences of others who have reviewed here. Accepting that the current COVID-19 situation could cause a delay in shipping, we were patient. But a t-shirt ordered in mid March arrived on 9th May. Their website tracking service doesn't work, but an email complaint got details that showed the item sitting in China for weeks. But that's not the worst of it. The quality is appalling - cheap cotton and an even cheaper transfer graphic that might last a wash or two. That this company has been selling this rubbish for £35 (pre-sale) beggars belief. The sickening part, though, is this company's apparent claims to eco or earth friendly credentials. Cheap fashion produced in Bangladesh and then shipped to China, and then shipped to customers in the UK! The carbon footprint of your £18 t-shirt doesn't bear thinking about. There is nothing earth friendly about the products of this company. "100% ethically sourced" - their words. That part is a sham. And all hidden in anonymity of their website which has nothing that identifies where they are located or who is behind it. Returns/refunds: made deliberately difficult, and what's the point? The cost of return is the buyers responsibility and the costs would likely outweigh any benefit. And send it back to where? China? Yet more ecological harm. Avoid, please. This company should come clean about what it really is. We strongly suspect it is not a UK company - the automatic same-scripted response by the company to any negative comment posted here says it all.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering - places order mid March and still no sign of it, despite one message from them saying it was in transit.

As others have said, if known it was coming from China would not have ordered.
Now need to try to get money back 😒

Great product and good customer service when dealing with them.
