I ordered a new otter box defender case…
I ordered a new otter box defender case for the new I phone 17 pro max i just got and the paper that came with it said I could order a holster for it free so i ordered the holster and was charged 19.95 for it that was ok with me i wanted it.but when I received the holster it woundn't fit the I phone 17 pro max it was too small it fit a Iphone 11 and i can not get in contact with anyone to straighten this out please help me

Lack of communication
Ordered and got 2 day shipping. I got it within 3 business days as I ordered on the weekend. However, I received no shipping information or order updates. A little discouraging to get no updates on your order when you’re waiting for a pretty expensive item.

Bought the box and it no longer comes with the belt holster ordered the free one with the QR code at time of ordering said it would arrive on the 20th didn’t show up until the 23rd had to carry my new phone in my pocket for 10 days waiting for the holster include it when new case is brought or overnight the holster 10days waiting is not good
