This company is extremely rude & abusive, I called regarding a product that I was interested in. The advisor on the phone questioned why I called up regarding there product. I did state I needed technical support to make sure they would work with my device before purchasing which they were rude & unhelpful. I then spoke to a manager of the company who was also abusive & thought he could talk down to me like I was nothing. When the manager was challenged about his disgusting behaviour, he became aggressive & threatening towards me on the phone which I felt so shocked. I felt scared, upset, victimised & traumatised after the call. I would personally avoid this company & do not buy anything from them. Also please be aware this company OTL do not record calls meaning they can tell lies & mislead people. This company is very manipulative, scheming & vindictive. Please make sure to warn family, friends & anyone who is vulnerable about this company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS & LIARS. This company has continuously been attacking me using verbal aggression towards me because of other reviews I have posted. The other reviews I have posted have absolutely no relevance whatsoever to this company. OTL Technologies are a bitter & nasty company trying to bully customers because they can not accept or take responsibility for there poor service. I would strongly advise they look at there behaviour before projecting it onto customers as this is not professional. Also everything I have said in this review has been completely truthful & accurate.
