My son is 6ft 3 with a 28inch waist! O' three were absolutely fantastic from the very 1st phone call to the fitting, and alterations they had make to an Xl semi dry suit! You would not know so much had to be removed to fit my son perfectly! We visited last week to try on and received the perfectly stitched suit today via Parcel force! Thank you. Highly recommend

As an instructor and all year round diver in the UK I rely on a drysuit for every dive and over the years I’ve had various suits some secondhand and some new but when my latest suit was no longer dry I knew that I wanted to buy from a UK manufacturer

I reached out to the othree team before the dive show in March to enquire about a suit and said I would visit them during the show to go through the options

From that initial email contact their customer support and helpfulness was apparent and it was this reputation that lead me to them in the first time place

I spent quite a while at the show with Tom making sure the suit was everything I wanted and they gave me a completion date of the 11th May, the suit arrived today 12th May and I can’t wait to dive it

All the little bits and pieces jollop, beeswax etc… are included basically everything you need for day to day maintenance

The duffel bag and padded changing mat you get is also awesome

Hopefully I won’t need any future assistance but I know they’re there if I need them

I initally made contact by telephone and the staff were very knowledgable and helpful for my needs. I have contact with a very active Dive Club in Cornwall. Many of the Senior members Instructors swear by O'Three. I was told that if you wish to have one of their Drybags, you need to visit the shop.
They were right. Great service, top advice and every box ticked.

I purchased an O’Three MF5 drysuit in January and have been thoroughly impressed. The made-to-measure service was excellent, with the team providing knowledgeable and attentive customer support throughout the process. The packaging was comprehensive, including all necessary lubricants and accessories, making it ready to use straight away.

I recently invested in my first drysuit (MSF 500), Tom in particular was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. Before committing to the purchase, they sent me a couple of suits to try for fit and to help me decide between the models I was looking at. I live in Scotland so was a bit hesitant about buying a made to measure suit via the internet, well what a pleasant surprise dealing with othree excellent service from start to finish I would recommend this company and there online service excellent well done

Worst customer service out. Clearly states on their website commercial suits are covered for 12 months unlike exclusions for recreational suits. Took 3 weeks for a reply, and basically wont honor the warranty. Also pass on your details to 3rd parties. Never again.

What can I say about this company that hasn't been said before? Probably not a lot.

I first visited O'Three earlier this year to discuss drysuits as I was in the market for a new one, the staff were friendly and helpful, offering loads of information on the different ones they make and what would suit me personally, a week later and my order was in - 6 week lead time as it needed some adjustments due to my small stature but not quite as equally small hips and thighs.

Just under 6 weeks pass and I get a call - suit is ready to go! Come see us when you can. A few days later I turn up to try the suit on and it's too tight in the legs and bottom and too big in the shoulders, a quick chat about it and they agreed to make further adjustments to get it right over the next couple of weeks, I left disappointed but glad that they were willing to sort it out without any issues. That week I get a call from Shaun - can I pop in, before he finishes the suit up he wants to make sure its now right, as soon as I get there and put it on I can tell its now spot on, he checked everything over, double checking that he was happy with it as much as I was, then agreed I could pick it up the next weekend. Second time around, it fit like a glove!

The service is second to none and one of the best in the south and they can do just about anything to get their suits to fit those who aren't off the shelf or who want something a little more unique.

Their sizing for females is based on clothes size so easy to grab the size that should fit and their wetsuits are flexible enough they can withstand the holiday gains from a little overindulgence (I can confirm this from experience) or an extra layer underneath when needed.

Since buying my drysuit I've visited so often to add other items from their shop to my regular kit list that I'm recognised on entrance (not sure if this is a good thing! haha), they're my supplier of choice when it comes to wetsuits and drysuits and they have a customer or two for life now due to the high level of service, good level of stock held to try on and ability to adjust items to fit.

Thanks to everyone in the O'Three team for making visiting you a pleasure (although usually one that hits my bank - 1 drysuit, 1 3MM wetsuits, 1 6x5 Semi dry, 1 short john 1 longjohn and a pair of gloves later and I'm still considering one or two items more!).

I ordered a semi dry recently from the website and the service was superb. I was too far away to make it into the physical shop so O'Three sent me suits in two different sizes, I was able to keep the best fitting suit and return the other one.

The suits turned up the very next day. O'Three staff were knowledgeable and able to advise me over the phone to make sure I picked the very best fit. So the experience was close to a physical shop!

When I sent the other suit back, the refund was processed extremely quickly. The whole service was very efficient and hassle-free.

Excellent customer service and outstanding products at a competitive price. They do off-the-peg or you can have made to measure.
