Ordered the lamb and bone broth and was really nice also have the gelatine made some jelly sweets for my boy added bonus of it all being healthy. Service was really good and arrived in days.

I was excited about my order and didn’t have any issues with delivery or packaging and arrived frozen.

I ordered the beef bone broth as I make my own chicken and wanted a change in flavour.

The flavour was okay but not great! I am extremely disappointed as it just seemed watery and it didn’t gel at all.

I don’t feel it’s going to give me the collagen I am looking for so will not be purchasing this product again.

I ordered and paid 5.99£ for shipping on 80£ worth of product. It was a week late, I had to chase them to deliver it. They were prompt on the reply and did send it out immediately. It was leaking as one of the pouches had ruptured. I understand this can happen with shipping. The last thing to do it for me however was the smell… I am
Sorry to say the broth has a smell of wet dog. Absolutely unappealing! I don’t know how I am going to consume the large amount that I have purchased. I feel terrible to say all this but if people are going to purchase and then chase the company for a product - …. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering! I think it’s important to be transparent so others don’t spend so much and get stuck with the product afterwards! I have no idea I’m going to consume this stuff with the way it smells.

Never got my order, had to ask for a refund.

Ordered and a week later no news on despatch, I chased them, reply was there was a delay i needed to wait another week or so. Chased again the following week to be told they didn't know when I would get my order so I cancelled got a full refund and went to another company!!!!!!!

Is this company even real?

Super quality and consistent. We are into fitness and all things natural. Ossa products stand out as the best.

I was a long time customer, several years. Last year they appeared to begin to have supply issues. I still stuck with them. That said, I ended up receiving two orders at once in January as one of my orders never came and they finally sent it. No problem. I had had a few from one of the orders and they were fine. This past week I defrosted two in the refrigerator, as is instructed. I opened the fridge and the worst smell I have every smelled permeated my home. It was so rancid and smelled like a dead animal or worse. I had to open all of my windows and bleach my fridge. It lingered for hours. I have tried to contact Osso Good for five days to no avail. They have no phone number to contact so you have to do so by email. I have 14 pouches left, $140 worth and have to dispose of them as I am too afraid to defrost them. I am extremely disappointed.

I have it ordered on autoship but here in the past few months they have been watering down the beef bone broth and it's very sad that they would do such a thing when they had such a great product! Very disappointing!

This is real broth that's gelatinous. It comes frozen. It's very satisfying. I've only had the beef and the spicy pork though. The spicy pork is an addiction. It's hard to only open one!

I have been drinking their broths over a year now and they used to be so good. The last batch i got is so watered down. I almost paid to get bone flavored water shipped to me from one coast to another.

So, I will start with the bad (but don’t worry, it’s almost all good)...I didn’t loose any weight or less bloat from the cleanse. I think I just had too much fat like butter and coconut oil...so if you are looking to cleanse keep calorie intake and macros in mind. Second, the energy broth had like cinnamon and clove flavors which were just awful.

Now the good...ALL the rest of the broths were delightful. I had the most amazing energy and I’ve never been so happy in my life. Good, nutritious food makes your mind and body so happy. I immediately ordered a whole new set and tore the box open to have a cup...I’m addicted. My hair, skin and nails are also healthier.

I intend to continue to buy this and start and finish my days with broth.

I had two packages break and spill all over my fridge. One of which was the beet soup which was VERY messy. When the packages are thawing in the fridge they must be too fragile or something because two of mine leaked all over my fridge and I had to throw them away. I will not be ordering again because they are too expensive to have to throw away half of your order from poor packaging.

Lately online I see folks complain about cost of broth...they are so short-sighted. These broths are so delicious and convenient. I am so glad I found them

I have been looking for convenient, affordable, paleo/primal foods for ages (like, since 2009). This is the best solution I've found so far.

Both the soups and the broths are delicious and satisfying, although I personally have to add salt to the soups. The price to quality ratio is better than the options available at the grocery store.

It'd be nice if I could order with shorter notice, but that's the nature of their production cycle I guess. The four month freezer shelf life somewhat makes up for this.

RE: other reviews: if you're considering a bone-broth cleanse but are concerned about "side effects" googling whole30 should give you a really good idea of what to expect.

Great taste, my dog loves hers, and have had awesome customer service. Just wish it were easier to edit my subscription.

Delicious! The Thai carrot soup is my absolute favorite... I could literally eat it every day. It's filling and so flavorful, but the best part about it is that it is healthy for you. I sip bone broth in the mornings, sometimes with and other times in place of coffee. I would recommend this to anyone. Great company!

The AIP 7 Day Osso Good Bone Broth Cleanse arrived fully frozen and in a timely manner, so the company gets 5 stars. As for the taste, I thought it was just okay, not great, but I could drink it if I didn't get sick. I was unaware of the side effects of a bone broth cleanse. On the very first day, by the time I started the second pouch (which I could not finish), I had a migraine headache, felt very sick, and threw up. From what I had read from the reviews, there was no mention of side effects occurring, so when it hit me hard, I did some research and found that this could happen. I'll finish the remaining pouches, but SLOWLY and DILUTED. I had hoped this would have worked for me, but it didn't. Good company, but horrible cleanse experience.

I loved love Loved this product. I felt so much better when I did the cleanse. I wish it wasn't so expensive because I would do it everyday!
