Spoedconsult

Het is alweer enige tijd geleden maar het blijft maar wringen bij ons.
Wij belden op een vrijdagochtend op dat onze poes een wond had na een gevecht. We wilden heel graag snel langskomen omdat ze een flinke open wond had.
Ze hadden geen tijd en vroegen of we een dag later konden komen. Dat hebben we gedaan en konden zaterdagmiddag terecht en ze hebben de wond even schoongemaakt, geplakt en dat was het.
Rekening € 200,00 omdat het een spoedconsult was in het weekend. Ze hebben ons dus een spoedconsult in rekening gebracht die vrijdag werd gemeld en pas zaterdag met spoed kon worden gedaan. Ik kom er in ieder geval nooit meer.
