No way to run a company. What terrible customer service.
On first use, right back wheel appeared to be bent. Then on movement left front wheel kept falling off, screws keep coming loose. Emailed company on 7th August, no reply. Emailed again 11th August, no reply to date. Apparently replies take up to 48hours or in busy periods 7 to 10 days!

Really upset with this company. It was such slow delivery that I had to buy the item elsewhere. Then, when I sent it back for a refund I received nothing. I’ve tried contacting them but they don’t respond. Total rip off.

1* on the basis of really poor customer service experience and very slow delivery. plus I can see you have not published my previous 1* review on your website, (which I gave after you emailed asking!), yet you keep emailing asking me for additional reviews here on trust pilot. This makes me think you are a dishonest company that hides poor reviews and only publishes good ones.

We bought an Osprey balance board for…
We bought an Osprey balance board for our 13 y.o and it's been a great present. The whole family use it almost daily for messing around with and practising on. It tidies away nicely too.

Still waiting for refund for a returned article. Returns are not free. Contacted customer service twice so far. Evri said it was returned to Osprey on 24th July.
I shan't be using this company again.

Delayed order and no response
I must he a minority looking at the reviews, but my order got dispatched quickly and has now been sat with Evri for over a a week and the only response I have had from Osprey has been from AI and no further correspondence. I cant even get in touch with Evri about it to see what has happened to the order.
I cant reply to your request, but I am updating here to give you the order number which is OS-117746. It would be great if you could look into this.

Worst customer service !
Worst customer service !! I placed and paid for my order but didn't receive the delivery. I requested a refund on July 28th and haven't received the money back yet to this date. This company can NOT be trusted.
