I have been using the Osmio Zero and Osmio Hydrogen Water Bottle and have found this combination of water purification and enrichment with H2 to be highly beneficial to my health. The water tastes very good and soft and now I no longer buy bottled water. I found Osmio to be highly knowledgeable about their products and gave me great advice and service every time. Osmio supplied my BMB Nova Pro under sink RO filtering unit. To me It produces the best tasting pure refreshing drinking water ever. Our kitchen fitter at the time called them for advise and Osmio were very helpful.
I had the water pump go slow and Osmio talked me through some steps to resolve inc video capture.
In the end they elected to ship out a brand new BMB Pro whole unit without question, postage and return was all paid for.
I recently ordered the filter replacement kit and it arrived in no time.

You must fit a pressure reducing valve if you connect their filters to UK mains water. This is not clear when they take your order. Mine has had parts replaced but still leaks and now i have to get the plumber back to fit a pressure reducing valve. That's £35 for the valve plus the fitting. Osmio should make this clear when they sell the product. I'd advise buying a product from a different supplier that can be connected directly to UK mains supply.

And i just searched on the website for the products EZFITPRO-200 EZFITPRO-300 and EZFITPRO-400 and there is no mention of the word valve or PRV. My plumber tells me that it not unusual for the water pressure to rise to 9 bar overnight when few people are drawing water. Your reply reduces my faith further.
