The owner of Oscar & Hooch is really nice to deal with … the only reason I have given for is that there was a mix up with the order and I received somebody else’s initially … The owner emailed me immediately emailed me to say about the error and we also spoke on the phone as well … This led to a speedy resolution for both of us involved, which is why I have given 4 and not 5 as without the hiccup it would have been outstanding service. The pain of a bad back can result in many things, and there isn’t anyone in this world who hasn’t made a mistake … it is how they are resolved that counts and here it still equals very good service.

Best Martingdale collar for escape artists. Have two Podenco-cross dogs, both with strong prey drives. One is a lurcher with very long neck, one is half English bull terrier with a mega strong neck and waxy, slippy fur. Collars are soft and comfy, buckles don't slip so head control is maintained and we have the confidence to walk with them in squirrel and cat heavy environments. Look great and wash really well. This is our fourth - not as replacement, simply 'cos they need a change of outfit between wash days.

These collars are the best ever. British made wash brilliantly in the machine last forever. These two just ordered one is for my cousins rescue jack Russell the other is spoiling our terrier with a colour change.

Great colour selection, well made and looks great. Easy to order and great delivery, will definitely be returning to buy the same again :-) xx

I’ve bought a couple of dog collars from Oscar and Hooch. Brilliant service and one of the few who sell collars with proper buckles (I’m suspicious of the durability of the click ones). Great colours and fantastic quality, they last a long time. They also have an extra metal loop built in to tuck away the end of the collar so it isn’t hanging down. The collars come quickly and often have a personalised note. I also appreciate the lovely packaging (not sure my furry friend does, but he looks super smart). Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Gorgeous collars , I have been so impressed with the quality and how they wear that I ordered another for each of my dogs. I particularly like the buckle fastening. The size is just right and the collars arrived quickly and were packaged beautifully.

I have ordered several collars and leads for my lovely Whippet Finn. The quality of these items is absolutely stunning- i just wish there were more colour options in the Martingale range. Finn is certainly the best dressed Whippet in town. The packaging the items arrive in is beautifully presented.
