Really poor customer service
I recently attempted to compete in an OSB-managed event but was struggling to reach the venue as a result of track works. I attempted to contact the organisers via email and Twitter, but did not receive any response. After hours of trying to find alternative arrangements, I gave up and attended a local competition instead. I heard back from OSB Events after the event. They claimed they responded to all enquiries, and that if they knew of the track works, they would have warned participants. The blame shifting, evasiveness and gaslighting I experienced while trying to deal with the CS representative was very frustrating. I won't be competing in another one of their events--and I'll be discouraging others from doing so also.
