My Nintendo switch 2 case arrived in 3 days into Poland and it looks great
i have now also ordered the nw2 glass screen protectors all in preparation
for my new console which shall also arrive soon

I'd made a purchase with this business, the product did not match the description so I'd liked to have returned the item and gotten my money back. I tried emailing, the domain associated with the email doesn't exist. I tried calling, can't connect to the number. So there's no way to contact this business and no way to get my money back for a product that they mis-advertised.

We received our order 3 weeks later than the stimated delivery date. Except that everything else was OK.

This is a repeat purchase. I used my original charge stand for many years with my first Apple watch. I just upgraded my watch to a Series 10 (46 mm) and bought the stand to fit the new watch. I obviously find that it works very well. The only thing that I question is the peace of tape on the bottom. I do not like the idea of sticking anything to my furniture and I also use this for travel and would have to unstick it. I haven’t removed the tape from this one or my original one. I suggest providing a soft rubber patch to go on the bottom which would provide more friction and you wouldn’t require something to stick to furniture. The unit may not need anything at all because of the weight that seems to hold it fine. If you come up with something to address this issue, please let me know. From what I can see, this is the best charge holder available. Manages cables well.

Easy to order and arrived quickly. Was a birthday day present for my 9 year old son. He loves it and gives him the VR experience he wants!

Lovely case for Nintendo Switch, not too bulky but has well designed space for everything - nice colour choices too!

I haven’t received the product. As per RoyalMail it was delivered. Orzly support email isn’t responding to my emails pm this matter. I am not happy with the experience as a customer and I don’t recommend them to anyone. I lost money and I regret it.

Edit: Problem has been solved and they confirmed that a replacement was sent to me.

Purchased an Nintendo Switch Hard Carry Case for my son for Christmas, with the intention of using it on a holiday to Florida. Wanted a carry case which also protected the switch due to the nature of the holiday and travelling but was so disappointed that within the first week of the holiday the strap broke followed by the zipper. My son was so upset as he was no longer able to take his switch about with him due to the insecurity of the case. He had only been using it for about a month. I got in contact with Orzly and sent over photos and explained and they simply came back with it was down to wear and tear! When I went back to them quoting their own product description "Hardwearing & ergonomic hand strap", "Designed with longevity in mind" & "Super strong zipper will keep the contents safe & secure" they simply replied saying they had referred it to their quality control team who concurred the damage was from wear and tear. Astonished with the reply after so little use and the boasting on longevity and Hardwearing product. Complete waste of money!

Fits perfectly. Great protection. Soft so you don’t have to worry about scratches. Highly recommended. Worth every penny.
