The support team helped me quickly
The support team helped me quickly, personally, and very efficiently via WhatsApp. The issue turned out to be due to how I was using the product, and they even resolved it with a customized image explanation. I think that’s excellent service and I really hope they continue to be this helpful in the future.

Poor quality product unfortunately
Received the supports quickly and they were a good fit and a massive help for our GSD for about 4 weeks when one of the velcro straps fell off. On inspection it appears just one row of stitches held the strap in place with just 6/7mm of the strap sandwiched between the two layers. Regrettably the strap was lost so we were unable to repair it.

I ordered a front leg splint for dogs, but i chose the wrong size. I can tell that the product was of very good quality, but I had to ask for a refund. No issues with that.

Warning - Elbow protector ORT004
I ordered an elbow brace for my dog and carefully followed the sizing chart. My dog’s measurement (14 cm) fell exactly within the recommended size S range. Price: 39,57 € + 15,60 € express shipping. When it arrived, it was far too small, the Velcro barely closed around her elbow and the top strap pulled uncomfortably across her other armpit. I had to pay 14,99 € to return it.
I reordered a size up with standard shipping (5,44 €). The size difference was a big jump; this time it technically fit, but only if tightened excessively. During a simple leash walk it immediately slipped down. I readjusted it multiple times with the same result. I filmed it and sent proof to the company to check whether I had fitted it incorrectly.
Two major problems:
• As soon as my dog bends her elbow while walking, the elbow pops out of the brace.
• The top band meant to prevent slipping actually pulls the brace into external rotation, so it never stays properly positioned.
The company confirmed I had fitted it correctly, meaning the product does not perform its intended function. I had to return it again, paying 14,99 € myself.

👉 Total loss: 45,58 € for a product that never worked (initial product price: 39,57 €).
The design and sizing system are unreliable and do not adequately account for canine anatomy, and customers bear the cost even when the product fails. I strongly recommend future buyers consider this risk before ordering.

Great customer service
Wonderful experience with the customer service! Very fast shipping but the delivery company made a mistake and ortocanis immediately worked on getting me a replacement. Very friendly contact as well and fast and easy to reach via phone as well. I just hope the products will help my dog with his knee injuries. Before I had the knee brace he couldn't stand at all, but now he is slowly starting to walk again so I think it does really help stabilize the knee.

The problem is choosing the right size
The problem is choosing the right size. It's more embarrassing to send it back. So I ordered a second smaller size after I re-measured my thigh and knee because it was bigger before due to a sore leg. Even the new smaller size waistband is too wide now I will have to sew the waistband to fit behind the knee. That's the problem
