Knowledge of the trainers I wanted was good from both staff.

First time experience was absolutely amazing, workers were really helpful and respectful. They took their time with helping find the perfect shoes on a special occasion which is thoughtful of them.

I went to the Trafford store today. The staff are so polite and let you look around freely. They gave advice and was clear about their policies. Overall a very good experience.

Andre and Hannah were very kind and nice moreover assisted me with everything I needed ut was honestly one of the best ways I have been treated in a shop

Great service

Naeema was really patient with my specific taste, she showed me multiple choices and really identified what I would like and suit me and suit a lot of other clothing items. Naeema also gave great advice and threaded the laces for me. Excellent service. 10/10 recommend

Everything was good and best customer service. The staff that helped me he’s name is Declan best customer service I’ve met so far.

The chappy who greeted me in the store (didnt catch your name sorry!) Was very friendly and had a real knowledge of the shoes in the store and tried to help me find what i wanted. I was then greeted by Naeema who helped me find, pick a new pair of shoes. She was patient with me and tried to help whilst I had issues with my card (not the shops fault, my bank being stupid). She tried to help with this issue as much as she could and was pleasant throughout what could have been an awkward experience. Again, the staff at origin kicks have gone above and beyond to be helpful friendly and welcoming.

Really easy to find the kicks we wanted for our daughter and they got delivered very quickly and in time for Christmas which was the main thing. I’ll be using these again to get my next pair and so on………many thanks!!!!!

She was so helpful and knowledge about the trainers, my son wanted. After helping my son choose his trainers Naeema, left me alone two decide if I was going to get my 17 year old these trainers. It was a pleasant experience stress free. Thank you so much.
