The product unfortunately didn’t match my expectations, I ordered a pair of customized socks, but be aware that whenever you have a patterned design they stitch together two halfs with the risk of the pattern not matching! but the client service was super supportive and understanding, they explained to me that this happens because the production is made manually and they offered me a voucher of the amount paid or a refund of 50% of the value.
My stars are mainly because of the attention and care shown from the client service! their answer was quick and tried to fix my discontent

thank you for your feedback - we would love to hear more about the manipulation/resizing of the images (you can click on the image then use the mouse to reduce it - or even on the left hand side of the design interface you can click on the image dimensions and edit them).
