We are unhappy with our experience. The support is not timely or helpful for web issues with the Stahls fulfill engine and OMG stores. We waited 9 days for an answer while trying to build a website, and the solution did not work. This resulted in lost sales for our client and a reputational hit for us. Today I have order tracking for an order placed yesterday, and it 'shipped' 3 days before the order was placed. They do not care about you and will tell you anything to sell their platform. Also, their fees are calculated on total cart, so you are paying fees on taxes and shipping and that is way more than the percentage they quote.

We understood their higher fees but still worked out to be less than others and had the functionality and customer service that was supposed to make our lives better.
WRONG!! Good luck figuring out deposits and getting the taxes to line up when it comes time to calculate everything. Good luck getting someone to listen to your questions let alone help you. If you purchase this only sell within your own tax jurisdiction and you should be able to figure it out on your own. You will not want to rely on help from the company you paid a regrettable amount of money up front. The regret of this purchase is like the regrets of a Vegas Hangover

We have been working with OMG for over 2 years now. I must say they make creating sales webpages easy, fast, and afordable. Thier system has almost all of the products we offer already loaded in and being able to copy an old store and keep the same webpage info really helps with keeping our customers. The only drawback is the higher credit card and hoasting fees then an instore purchase (totaling around 7.80%) but that can be figured into the online pricing.
