The worst customer experience
The worst customer experience. Bought concert tickets worth £350 and did not received my tickets. I sent three emails over a period of three weeks and no response! I privately messaged on facebook and still no response. The only way to get a response was to comment on their social media posts about your experience. They later messaged on facebook saying they would reply do my email? Did they? 5 days later I prompted them again. Once I got an email reply, they agreed to send over my tickets. Two days later, no response, and they needed prompting again! If i could give no stars i would.
