Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost, was charged full price before hand for root canal. After 3 mins of drilling was told they couldnt do it. No refund as they had attempted to carry out the work. It was a lot of money

FRAUD WARNING

FRAUD WARNING - BEWARE!!

This practice makes fraudulent claims to the NHS for non-existent treatments and appointments. The NHS issued me with a £100 fine + the cost of treatment, for which they claimed was as a result of me making a declaration to being in receipt of benefits.

Despite proving to the NHS that I had not attended the practice at the time, and the NHS cancelling off the fine, Orchard Dental has made no apology to the fact that these actions caused upset and anxiety, or that it had tarnished my good-nature.

Just be very careful, and make sure you keep records of visits and charges made, because next time it could be you. They are NOT worthy of 1-star
