Never and ever again I will use this service. They are not responsive. They don't return your email, and don't deliver the service as they promise. Their quality of work is terrible. DON'T USE THIS ORBIT TRANSLATION, YOUR MONEY AND TIME WILL BE WASTED.

I received a quote. Paid the service. Never received anything. Tried to call, number not working.
Tried their online chat, no one is available. All their e-mails are just a automated response.
This place needs to be reported and sued.

Complete Scammers guys. Please do not buy. Lost $600. Suing them.

These people are SCAMMERS! DO NOT do business with them whatsoever. They charged my card TWICE for a translation service I never received. I reported them to the BBB where they have an F grade. If anyone in the Houston area knows a translator named Sherryl Barrios report her to the police IMMEDIATELY because she and everyone behind this sham company is a THIEF and deserve to be in jail for all the money they’ve has stolen from good people. DISGUSTING

They've promised me that they will complete my order by June 28th. I paid for it. Since then they don't respond any email. I paid them $780 so be careful who you work with...

It is a scam. The number is disconnected and they charge you and never reply or send anything. Their ATA certification is also fake, there is no record of them

I think this website is a scam. I requested a quote to translate some documents, they got back to me a quote , I paid and got a receipt. After that, they don’t reply to emails and their customer service phone is disconnected! I paid around $140. Don’t use them!!

Received a quote quickly and reasonably priced. Promised a guaranteed time and that was nearly 2 days ago and I still haven't received the translation for my client. Initially I was told about 10 hours after my quoted time that the translation was completed and I would have it soon. I don't and haven't received any response from them since. I paid for services never rendered. They promise money back guarantee and never deliver or communicate.

The service was fast and reliable. I asked for a quote, got an answer and then got my bank statement translated all within 24h as promised. Also the price was the lowest when compared to a few other online services I asked a quote from. Would definitely use again.

I had medical bills from Mexico that needed to be translated into English before submitting for reimbursement. After they reviewed my documents, I received a quote of roughly $190 to complete within 48 hours. 60 hours later I contacted them and was told that they would look into it. 60 more hours later I asked for an update. Nothing. I ended up using an AI app and translating it myself. I asked several times for a refund, but no response at all.

On December 9th, I paid $94 to translate some academic documents. Today, February 21st. , I have not had a response. I have told other people to help me by writing. In one occasion I and another of the people I asked for help were told that the documents were on the way, but absolutely nothing happens, they did not send me the documents, nor is there a response when I request my money refund.
I still have the payment supports.THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

This is a fake company. I am a translator and they did not pay me for translation. Previopsly I worked with them many years and everything was perfect. The problem appeared in July. Do not use this company, I am sure the owners dissappeared with all money they have.

This is a SCAM!! They will take your money and not send you anything nor reply to emails after you have paid. They were communicating fine with me until i submitted the payment, then they dissapeared from the face of the earth. Their customer service number is disconnected.

They are a scam, DO NOT USE THEM! They pretend to be a service, take your money, and then shut down and never produce service. I am filing a police report against them for theft. Stay FAR away.
