Terrible support that means you have to keep repeating yourself to solve simple issues. Very frustrating when it takes days to fix something that would take a few minutes. These guys are amateurs and are not ready for the market.

Absolutely appalling level of support
Absolutely appalling level of support. Our website and email have been down due to a bug with a form which doesn't save the second line of addresses. Our website and email have already been down for over 30 hours and we have no solution or acknowledgement of the problem and no real attempt to be proactive - they just wait and respond when forced. Go elsewhere, folks!

Swift BTC payment and quick setup
Very surprised with the response and time it took from ordering the service to setup. The BTC payment was seamless and the amount paid in BTC was almost exactly the same to the invoice amount, which is very rare with providers that accept BitCoins! OrangeWebSite uses BitPay as the BTC Processor which is unrivaled in the premium BTC merchant transaction processing segment.
I very well recommend this provider to all Web-Designers and System Admins, as well as BitCoin holders paying goods and services with BTC.

I am fall in love with OrangeWebsite web hosting at first sight. I feel guarded and protected. Amazing web hosting!
I have so far looking for web hosting that are easy, fast and friendly. I found some of it somewhat but nothing that I want and I realized it was a waste of money. I do not want to complicate life itself.

Payment problems again
I was promised, after an exchange of many emails concerning payment problems in 2016, that my yearly payment by bank transfer would go smoothly and painlessly in 2017, yet here we are again. After many reminders of non-payment in the seven weeks after my payment was actually made, and after my service was suspended and then reinstated, I finally received my invoice payment confirmation.
