A very poor and unprofessional after-sales experience.
Very disappointing experience with Optimill.
I purchased a Momo steering wheel, their detachable steering swivel system, steering lock, and boss kit. After receiving the order, I realised that the 48-spline boss I had ordered was not correct for my vehicle and that I needed the 36-spline version instead.
Initially, the replacement process seemed straightforward. I returned the item and asked for the replacement to be shipped urgently to London, which Optimill promptly arranged via FedEx.
Unfortunately, the parcel was never delivered and appears to have been lost in the courier’s warehouse.
From that point onwards, however, I was completely abandoned. I repeatedly asked for updates regarding the delivery and later requested a refund for the item I never received, but I received no proper response.
More than a month has now passed, and I still have neither the product nor a refund for the £175 component.
Problems with couriers can happen, but what is unacceptable is Optimill’s complete lack of communication, support, and ownership of the issue. They may have kept the £175 from this transaction, but they have certainly lost a customer who would otherwise have purchased from them again.

Nice products but appalling customer experience. Trade buyer spending thousands annually but lost discount since Tasha left, then Alex left and others won't assist.
Availability is insanely bad - try Exmoor and Defenderupgrades

Quality quality goods 🙌
Previously bought from Optimill, their swivel, steering, lock and boss. Quality items and you can’t complain about that. Just bought their security hinges and one or two other bits. Once again, quality quality items will always five from Optimill 🙌

I ordered the Optimill Quick Release and Momo Jet Black steering wheel for our Defender 90. The quick release system was easy to fit, good quality and works well. Prompt delivery and excellent service all round. I would highly recommend.
