You would think a sales dept would be the best at customer service. After all, they haven't gotten your business yet and should know your dollars can spend anywhere. Well that's not the case. They are RUDE, condescending, arrogant and non caring. Other websites have the same glasses. So please, whatever you do don't buy from this company. All money is green and can be spent anywhere. So take your hard earned green elsewhere.

It seems to me that I find this company to be represented unfairly online. I will tell you this, as most Americans in this day I look for reviews for every little thing. I'm the guy that spends hours on yelp reading reviews about my next meal but can count on one hand how many reviews I've written myself. This one was a must!
Ive been in need of glasses for quite sometime but found myself complacent wearing contacts for at least 15 years so recently I finally decided to get some glasses and give these poor eyes a break. I ran across a pair of Giorgio Armani AR7010 5089, tried them on and was fixated on them. Immidiately I took to the internet to try and find a pair retailing for $360, at a lower cost. I found plenty lower than the msrp some for half the retail price, the down side is that most of those places were on a Jewish holiday for a week or so and no orders would be processed until after the holiday. I found other sites that were willing to match their price but the glasses would be on back order to be shipped from the supplier, that was not an option for me. Shortly after I ran across opticsfast.com and I gave them a call. A lady answered my call, she had ny charm, not the friendliest but certainly not rude by any measure. She informed me that there was 1 pair left in the color I wanted and a couple in other colors, I then asked how soon she could get them to me, this was on Wednesday she said she could have them to me by the following Tuesday. This was considerably faster then anybody else I called but of course I pushed for sooner, she didn't give in as she didn't want to give me false hope. I asked her to match my price and not only did she match it but she beat it to a grand total of 150, less than half the retail price. I was so excited I pulled the trigger before reading reviews on the company. After I received the email from the company stating the receipt of my order I went online to research the company and panicked when I noticed all the horrible reviews. one observation I did make is that a large portion of the reviews were for repairs. Needless to say I became very skeptical of the company, especially after I noticed that I never received any itemized receipt for the order I placed. However, I was desperate and willing to extend my faith. I decided to bide my time and on that Friday I got an email with my tracking number and I fainted straightaway Finding out my glasses would be overnighted to me and delivered on Saturday, 3 days early. finally the moment of truth. Are they real? I checked for key characteristics germane to the pair I ordered and they were all there!!!! they looked and felt exactly like the pair I tried on. I mean this company exceeded my expectations at every turn. Overall I'm very satisfied with my whole experience with opticsfast.com. The super fast shipping at a bargain cost made this the perfect match for me. I was worried I would get knock offs but I have a good eye and they seem authentic. They did ask for a tip in an email after I received my glasses; I kindly declined and advised them to stop doing so.

I ordered a pair of glasses and they sent me a wrong pair. Rather than admit fault, they offered me a discount on merchandise I DID NOT WANT. After much haggling they offered to give me a refund minus a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. For a mistake THEY MADE. They don't price match like they advertise. There are MANY OTHER VENDORS worth shopping with that are MUCH CHEAPER. AllBrandsGlasses.com and Amazon are EXCELLENT resources. Mind you, I NEVER write reviews...... NEVER. But for me to go out and write a review is a testament to a total lack of customer service and professionalism on their part. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Do your research and find better elsewhere. And then they had the audacity to me to send me a link offering $5 off per 2 reviews I give on their behalf..... This is my first of two reviews.... I'll let you know in the future if they actually gave me the $10 for the reviews they promised....

I so wish I had searched for all of your posts about this organization as they cheated me out of $70 and gave me nothing but the run around like they were seven year-olds who could not figure out that two was greater than one. I can't believe such a business model can be successful, I read more than twenty posts where they were duped into getting junk rather than the glasses or services they expected. For $70 buck for a repair they did not perform, I am powerless to any recourse. I was mad then felt like a victim. I sent in the glasses and they were returned exactly like I sent them (broken) only their packaging was quite insufficient for sending glasses. PLEASE BE ADVISED TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE!!!
Good Repair Job (Order #793594)
The left temple on my rimless glass broke off. I found OpticsFast.com online and prepared a repair order online through their website. I immediately received an email with a prepaid shipping label and sent my glasses to them in the mail. After they were received, my glasses were inspected and I was sent an invoice which I paid online. My glasses were sent to the lab for repair. I received another email when they were completed and shipping (with tracking information). I am VERY happy with the repair work that was done. I would definitely use them again.

I received e mail #2 telling me they would be happy to substitute frames. i replied no that the reason i was going to order from them was because they told me they had what i wanted. The one difference in my story is they told me my frames were on back order.
This Unprofessional person "Becky" was always the one sending me the e mails which to date I have 8. Each getting progressively nastier. There had been money taken from my account knowing that I did not wish to purchase anything but the original.
Unfortunately I needed my glasses so i bought through another company.
At this point the original amount was reversed in my bank only to find today that i have again been charged for glasses I have heard nothing about.
The way she ended her llast e mail was what really left me knowing that this company cannot be real.

DO NOT do business with this company! I was looking for a Coach brand frame to replace one I already had because it was damaged. OpticsFast was the only place that even offered the frame for sale. I placed my order and then got a message from Becky stating:

I couldn't use a different frame because I had just had new lenses put in the frame I had. I called and talked to someone else (I believe her name was Tina) and she told me that they had some demo frames at one of their retail stores and would that be an option. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!!!! We worked out a deal for a pair of what I believed to be demo frames. She would give me $50 off (the price of the advertised pair was $159.99) and she would ship for free.She did say the nose pads would need to be replaced and that it would be a final sale. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!!! I grew more and more uneasy about my purchase, but my HSA had already paid OpticsFast $124.99 for them. This was NOT the price we discussed. The frames arrived today. They are a piece of junk! They are OLD frames--so old that the metal rims have begun to rust inside. They are also NASTY. If I was going to sell something as newer, then I would have at least tried to clean them up. Now I have wasted $124.94 of my health spending account and have a piece of worn out junk to show for it. I WILL NEVER do business with this company again. I should have just bought a new frame and had new lenses cut. At least I would have a new product to show for it.

11/15/16--I finally sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau at the end of October and got a response to my claim on 11/14/16. Becky S. flat out lied in her response to the BBB about the condition of the frame and the fact that I never indicated that I wanted to return the frames, but did state that they would refund my money. When I emailed letting OpticsFast know that I would be returning the frames, I was informed that there would be a 20% restocking fee. I guess they want to put the shaft to another unsuspecting customer by reselling these as "demo frames." This has been a complete nightmare. I finally found the frame on ebay and got a much nicer used one than the one that was supposed to be "demo."
UPDATE
Requested my refund be credited back to the card I used and was told by Becky S. that she didn't think her processor would allow her to do the refund in this manner. When I emailed her that I would think a business of this type would be able to refund to cards and that this sounded like a delay tactic, she threatened to contact the police because I was harassing her. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Don't' Do It!
I have Bulgari frames with custom prescription lenses. A bead fell off the temple of the arm, so I thought ( my mistake!) I was filling out a form for a guesstimate to have the bead replaced. Then they emailed me a shipping label, to my surprise. If there was fine print, they make it easy to miss it. I then had an epiphany to check out if they had complaints and page upon page popped up. So, I didn't send my glasses in. I have had a deluge of emails and texts saying I owe for a generated shipping label. I asked them not to contact me again and that was about 20 exchanges ago. Relentless. They are threatening collections. I even told them to F%$# Off. All correspondence comes from Becky S., whom I suppose is like that commercial of a hairy male oaf that calls himself Peggy.

I ordered an eyeglass frame from this company but then I realized that their price was more than some other online companies, which is why I called to cancel the order within 15 minutes of placing the order. The man who responded to my call said that there was no way that they would cancel the order and proceeded to tell me bunch of nonsense such as cancelling would cost the company money, all sales are final, money was already taken out of my credit card, etc. Since I persisted about the cancellation and indicated to him that I did not believe any of his B.S., he finally offered to give me a discount equivalent to 5 or 6 percent of the purchase price. I reluctantly agreed although I did not think that he was a man of his word. He really sounded like a charlatan. Anyway, weeks went by and I saw no refund applied to my credit card so I called the company and talked to a most uncooperative, unhelpful customer service clerk. I think her name was Becky, though I can not be sure. She said that the refund was being applied on that very day. a couple of weeks passed and I saw no refund applied, so I called and talked to the same no good clerk. This time she sounded even more unhelpful, she was actually hostile and sarcastic. She said that I should be more patient because the check is in the mail! Right there I knew that my initial perception about the company, the man, and her was 100 percent correct that these people are untrustworthy, unprofessional, and frankly no good. So I did not contact them again and let them have that small amount of money since they so desperately wanted to hold on to it, even though they had absolutely no right to it.
My advice: Stay away from Optic Fast. They do not treat the customers right and , in my opinion, have no integrity at all.

These people are crooks. I ordered glasses and then they emailed me to say there was a problem with my order and they can't ship the sunglasses I ordered. I've asked 4-5 times to cancel and they keep asking why and saying I haven't responded. Do not do any business with them. Even after I said please return my $ their response was "have it your way" and then proceeded again to ask me to respond as if the last conversation never happened.

Sent me 30 emails to buy another par of sunglasses after I had purchased a "in stock" pair on the Opticsfast website which actually hadn't been available from their supplier for a year. Product photos on website are labeled with the wrong model numbers so beware. And finally after requesting my refund 29 times via email I decided to call the Australian landline number. An American guy answered and told me there was no refund as the purchase price was only a pre authorisation on my card. I told him it wasn't, as the money had definitely gone out of my account and was never recredited or refunded. Then!! the American guy started yelling at me saying the sale had been voided. His attitude made me want to move to the Middle East, discard my worldly belongings, believe in an invisible guy called Mohummad, join Al Queda, and maybe start taking flying lessons. What a knob jockey he was.

Broken prescription sunglasses replaced with useless non-prescription model, and a gratuity requested for good service, ha!
In Sep 2016 I contacted OpticsFast for repair a temple arm of my Columbia Ripsaw 100 prescription sunglasses, original cost $350. The prepaid shipping label was handy, and the quote $100, about what I'd pay for a new frame. I received back a pair of new, different non-prescription sunglasses that are too big and useless to me because they are non-prescription. OpticsFast has denied touching the lenses and customer service (Dino and Becky) has been unresponsive and has not returned my original sunglasses nor repair cost. In 71 years I have never encountered such unethical and dishonest behavior in a business.

If you break your sunglasses and you want a no non-sense way of getting them fixed, then choose OpticsFast.com. Just like their name suggests, they quickly responded with a rate to fix my shades. I couldn't be happier with the end price or the customer service I experienced.
Poor service, downright rude!
After purchasing sunglasses I received an email offering $10 off of my purchase in exchange for positive reviews. After completing them, I emailed 4 -5 times and did not get a response. I also signed up for wholesale offer emails (thinking they ere sunglass offers) but after receiving a handful of offers for eye glasses, I kindly emailed and asked how I can opt out of the emails (there was no unsubscribe option). Even though I did not get a response from the other 5 emails, I quickly received an email back saying "Why did you even sign up in the first place?"
SERIOUSLY, what type of customer service is this?? I tried to post my review on their website but it appears they only post the positive ones after screening them. I responded again asking about the $10s and Becky responded saying "what $10" and then never responded again.
The sunglasses - I just opened the box last night because I was away on business (training customer service and business skills, ironically) and the sunglasses do look to be the same as the ones I tried on in a store. However they did arrive covered in a dusty, flaky substance. Not sure what it is, but I think I was able to wipe it all off. The only other thing I noticed is that the one lense does not see to be flush with the bottom of the frame as the other side is. I am unsure if this is a defect and will pose a problem as I have not had the time to inspect them further nor wear them, but I will check them out a little better over the weekend.
In today's day and age, consumers have many options, too many to settle for a company who treats their customers poorly. (Did I mention a customer who spent almost $300 on a pair of sunglasses?) Check our Frames Center next time.
