Can't believe this outfit is allowed to continue to do business after all of reports to the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB. If you want to read the true story about these crooks, go to their Facebook page. Those of you that have been ripped off need to contact the Brooklyn PD, where they do business. It's easy to see that any positive review has been written by these crooks. Try making a negative review on their website. NO can do!

BEWARE...BEWARE....BEWARE!!! Read the Better Business Bureau reports about this company before sending your glasses to them!! Usually yelp reviews are reliable, but unfortunately some positive reviews can be planted by the business themselves. Is it possible OpticsFast planted the favorable reviews?? I sent my Adidas sunglasses to them to have the nose pads replaced since they wouldn’t sell them to me directly. Even though I thought this was strange, they said it was “No Risk”, so I sent my glasses in. Almost 2 weeks later I get an estimate of $99 to have the nose pads replaced. Unbelievable!!! Online costs for nose pads cost no more than $10 -$20. End result, they will not send my glasses back unless I pay a ransom, so I’m out a pair of sunglasses.

I purchased glasses. Received them quickly so that's good. After inplaced the order in received an email saying my credit card was declined. I checked and I had already been charged. Scam #1. I emailed them about it and never received a response. They conveniently placed another glasses order in my shopping cart but I was smart enough not to use place a 2nd order. The glasses were uncomfortable. I asked for an RMA number and was told there was a 20% restocking fee. SUPER SCAM! DO NOT use this company!!!
Obsolete Sunglasses
I lost a pair of RayBans that were discontinued. OpticsFast tracked down a pair and the turnaround time was very short. Very happy with the service. Will use OpticsFast again!
Prada glasses
Optifast was a new company that was referred to me from a distributor. I contacted them via email the responded quickly and sent a pre postage paid label and tracking. Confirmed receipt of glasses and provided a reasonable estimate. I received my glasses 2 weeks later like new and I am very pleased with optima St and I highly recommend to anyone who is to busy and on the go. Optic set amkeenot easy!
Satisfactory Results
We sent in a pair of Fendi sunglasses for repair of a broken stem. Opticsfast satisfactorily completed and repair and returned them in a reasonable period of time.
Buyer beware of Opticsfast
I sent in an expensive pair of lineless bifocals that were treated so that they darkened even when driving a car. The glasses were in my frames with one damaged lens. I wanted the lens repaired. I paid nearly $300.00 in advance. In return I received a pair of new plain line less bifocals with no treatment at all. They are not tinted and surely don't darken in the sunlight. When I called and complained they tried to blame me for ordering incorrectly. I figured they would replace my lens with a like product, but, that didn't happen and I feel cheated.
A Very Happy Customer
I will be honest. After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt both skeptical and nervous sending my sunglasses in for repair, but send them I did. I have to say that I am very impressed with the OpticsFast customer service. They are incredibly responsive, responding to all of my emails immediately.They texted me soon after I placed my order on their website to make sure that I received the pre-paid postage label that they emailed me. They notified me once they received my package, and sent me an invoice within one day of receiving it. They worked with me on the price of the repairs, going above and beyond what I had expected!! And I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely use them again if I have another pair of sunglasses that need to be repaired!!

After sending a complaint email about my customer service experience, I emailed the company. Becky S. Replied, "with 10,000 in sales a month, you won't be missed". I was so flabbergasted that I sent a return message. I said that "no wonder your customer service people are so rude...it comes from the top". Becky S. emailed me back with a an even more rude response. Unbelievable! Please spread the word...don't buy from these people.

I sent a pair of Toms sunglasses in for a lens replacement. The lens was accidentally broken during the repair. Opticsfast offered to replace my glasses with another pair at no additional charge. They worked with me to find another pair of Toms and I hung up the phone feeling like a satisfied customer!!!

Broke my favorite eyeglas frames and opticsfast.com had them, all others I contacted said the frames were unavailable
"I accidentally broke my favorite pair of Brooks Brothers eyeglass frames and lenses that I have owned for two years. I like the frames so well that I returned to Lens Crafters to purchase a replacement pair. I was told that the frames are no longer made.I went home and did and internet search and found the Brooks Brothers frames online and ordered the frame from another internet eyeglass company. The next day that company emailed me and told me that my Brooks Brothers Frame had a defect in the template and they could not sell them to me that way, so they cancelled my order. I did another internet search and found opticsfast.com. I did a search on their website and found that opticsfast.com had the frame I was looking for. I ordered the frame on 8/16/2016 along with replacement lenses. I received an email on 09/04/2016 telling me that my new Brooks Brothers eyeglasses had been shipped to me. Thank you opticsfast.com"

I am 66 years old and I have bought a lot of eyeglasses during my lifetime. I have never heard of any company that I bought eyeglasses from having one of their employee's contact me and ask me for a tip.
I did receive a previous email from an employee at opticsfast.com asking me if I would do the company a favor and leave positive reviews for my purchase on several websites.
If you think I going to click on a link and give you a tip just because I purchased eyeglasses online from opticsfast.com you are sadly mistaken. Maybe I should go back to the websites where I left good reviews and let people know that I was contacted by an employee of opticsfast.com asking me for a tip. I personally think that you have a lot of nerve asking me to give you a tip because I purchased eyeglasses from opticsfast.com.
If opticsfast.com is not paying their employees enough maybe they should charge more for their eyeglasses so they can pay their employees a better salary.

Get them to refund money for frames that were discontinued. Frost they claimed I wasn't charged and after I sent my company health plan reciept showing they charged , Opticfast still responded very negatively saying the check was on the way. !!!

Rip Off Seller
Last week I ordered a RayBan RB3509. The next day I received a reply that the unit is defective and is no longer available and provided a list of available sunglasses. So, I picked another item and the next day, I received an email that the item is also not available. I sent an email stating I changed my mind and no longer interested on ordering anymore. Today they shipped me an order. That shipment is going back to sender..

Everything I hoped for!
I had a pair of Versace glasses that I LOVED and was bummed when the temple hinge broke. My doctor said it couldn't be fixed. I searched on line and found this company. They fixed the temple at a fraction of the cost of new Versace frames. Very pleased.
