I’ve had the Optery Ultimate Plan for over six months now, and I can’t say enough positive things about the plan and the customer service I have received from Optery. The by-monthly report I receive is easy to read and understand. The Dashboard is also easy to navigate and informs you of your completed and pending removals. Most importantly, I can't say enough about Optery’s customer service. Every email I have sent asking a question has been answered quickly, and my questions are always thoroughly answered. I have occasionally asked questions about other ways to protect myself that might not fall under Optery’s services. Despite this, they still went above and beyond to answer my questions and, on a few occasions, provided me with website links as a resource. The staff are always kind and considerate, and you get the feeling that they care about you and highly regard customer service. I highly recommend Optery. You will not regret it.

I'm tired of these parasitic web sites making money off of my information. All they do is facilitate identity theft. Optery puts an end to their BS.

The initial setup of the product was about as easy as it could be. Provide some information, and let the product do it's work. I can't speak on the quality of the end result quite yet as I've only just started using the system, but so far it seems to be working EXACTLY as advertised.

I had a couple of questions and wanted to provide some feedback (Dark theme mode, and Hardware Key authentication for the account), and the online chat support was VERY quick to reply (within just a few minutes), answered my questions, and seemed to accept my feedback in a positive manner.

Because of my experience now after only just 2 days, I've gone ahead and purchased an Ultimate subscription, and am certain I won't regret it!

UPDATE: Just a couple of weeks after writing this review, as well as sending a dark theme suggestion email, they've introduced dark mode!!! This company is great, for the simple fact that they listen to customer feedback, which is rare these days.

Before I had Optery I would get about 20 are so robo calls a day, now that I haver Optery I only get one or maybe two robo calls now. Optery is the best investment I've ever made. I encourage everyone to get Optery. THANK YOU OPTERY

Optery has begun my journey of identity protection. It in conjunction to Proton and Aura I am hoping will lead to the ultimate fortitude of defense in depth for my online securities.

Really good service. They've removed the majority of my data. I'm a bit confused as to how they choose which brokers they put in each plan though. I feel like the Ultimate plan should specifically be for people with businesses who are constantly in data brokers' rotation. it would also be helpful if they could at least list the entire 615 that they are aware of so we can check on them ourselves. All in all, I'm no longer coming up anywhere when I do a google search so the service was very helpful.
