Got a letter from Opos asking me to pay a £254+ which I supposedly own to Scottish Power. I have never had an account with Scottish Power. So how will I be owing them. Spoke to Scottish Power and they could not find me in their system. When a tried to speak to Opos, they refused to help because I wouldn’t give them too much personal details which they claim was for security purposes. I was uncomfortable providing too much personal details because already I suspect they are scammers.

I was anxious before calling i put it off many a time, as i didn't know what to expect, spoke to the agent called Mark very knowledgeable, patient, spoke to me like a human being, was sympathetic I felt at ease, was able to describe my circumstances without any judgement honestly that guy is a credit to opos, unfortunately when the call ended i forgot about the automated review so I thought I would leave it on here

Very helpful woman on the phone. She took note (with my knowledge) that I suffer from MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and have memory issues due to this disease.
