Call was okay but not needed
I needed an invoice for the premium membership. Since it wasn’t in my account, I had to call the device. The woman was friendly and was able to send me all the invoices. It would be much better if we could do this directly in the account so that we don’t have to use the service. However, for the service itself, it would be great. I was asked to wait for several times for about 2 minutes, but I suppose it’s common to wait so that they can use AI to solve problems and possibly find information in the system.

Don't give them your card details! (Even for flight payment)
I am new to Opodo. I fly domestically occasionally. I had a free account with them. On the second booking a few months later - suddenly I am on Premium Opodo Account and now they appear to have locked me into annual payment with no way out! #extorsion! They have my card details because I paid for the flight through Opodo! Don't use them - in my opinion this is dishonest and trickery! There may be clause in the T&C but it is not clear and I did not wish to sign up for Prime membership!

Opodo Prime is probably the worst scam…
Opodo Prime is probably the worst scam service I have ever used. They just make it impossible to cancel. You can cancel the service, but they keep charging you. You find out about that and try to remove your credit card from there - it just gives you a big red box of error. They have no emails available or anything. This service is built on a scam.
