I was so pleased with immediate response I have received. Chaziel called me promptly and set everything for me. I was so pleased in the next few hours my car was ready.

I would have liked to give a 5 star as openstart have been very helpful in these difficult times. However I'm having to give 4 stars due to not getting any help from their recommended company citydel for any work. They said they will be in contact in couple weeks it's now been 2 months & still no contact or work!

Openstart team have been very considerate, they have treated me with respect in a very kind/human way.
When needed the most they reduced the weekly fee to almost 60%. And were very patient to wait until I could afford to pay.

I have phone up several time after my accident to change my car as they keep saying it's not a right time to change or swap the car as I wanted a black Corolla finally manage to change it but it was a white Corolla n was said once a black Corolla cames in they will notify me but I was surprise sum one I know went n swape the car last week
Once I call them up she said I'm not allowed cause of the situation I did mention about the other gays car swape she was keep saying cant be as I was on duty her name starts with H then I wanted to speak to a manager then she stated she is the manager I told her that cant be right its adele
Then she said if I dnt like it I can return the car back I was shocked it's not fair n u do not say things like that to ur customers
Finally I gave up n putted the phone down that was not very
Helpfull n very bad customer service
Once all this is over I will report a written complaint about this person actin as a manager

A bit of a fresh air in the PHV rental industry. I have been with them for over 18 months now > happy customer. When I had to change the car they did not go around the car looking for any minute scratch to charge me extra. My experience with the GTC was very bad.
During the Covid 19 period they lowered the rent to £95. 5* rating just for that.

Good company. Always efficient and willing to help.

Really great company oriented to the real needs of the collaborators.
